My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I live in Allston/Brighton, but I'm originally from Virginia; I own a car, but I love my bike and I've been getting even more into riding recently than usual; been picking up hobbies over the last year, newest two are the fiddle and golf; I wish I had a dog.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a DI college rowing coach, so I spend most of my working life driving a boat around the Charles. It's a sweet gig that keeps me pretty busy. In my free time, I like hanging out with friends, grilling on the patio, exercising, and going to the movies. In the summer, I get more into hiking, riding my bike, sitting outside with a drink, and trying to grill everything.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making chili.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Art of Fielding, Silmarillion, Shogun. Just finished Born to Run,Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, and Destiny of the Republic.
Movies: Really, almost everything except horror.
Food: Mexican (tough in Boston), anything off the grill. Food is the best.
Music: Neko Case, Mumford and Sons, Head and the Heart, Robert Earl Keen, John Hiatt.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I think I'd make it without most things, but I certainly enjoy these things a lot, and life would be less interesting without them:
Outdoors
My bike(s)
A good drink
The interwebs
Sandwiches
Awesome books and movies

Here are a couple things I can do without:
Clubbing (either loud music or seal related)
Social media
Broccoli
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Relaxing because I usually work on Saturday mornings. On Saturday night I probably like to do the things you like to do, as long as that involves the possibility of either fun or relaxation, and doesn't involve clubbing or hours on facebook (see above).

If you want to, I hope you will! I'm sorry in advance if I don't get back to you. I promise it's nothing personal (How could it be?).
