My self-summary
College student, intellectual, music junkie, future math teacher who will likely hear "Mr. WILLLLSONN!" for the rest of his life. I have a bad habit of putting others before myself. General discussion is somewhat interesting, but politics puts me to sleep in five minutes. On the other hand, subjects like math, physics, religion, certain video or card games, music (playing and performing, ESPECIALLY performing), books, and electronics induce Nerd Mode 9001, which is difficult to turn off. I have a soft spot for the outdoors and hate living in the city -- cloudless starry nights in the middle of nowhere are awe-inspiring. Remembering names is somewhat difficult, likewise participating in large-group discussions due to a greater interest in listening than speaking. I watch little television, though I do watch the occasional series on Netflix or an anime hub. Also, I work nights and find it oddly comforting.
Ideal Match: At least able to tolerate, if not participate in, my daily nerdisms (including inventing words), stupid humor, gaming, reading, watching movies, whatever... oh, and texting at weird hours. Musical appreciation is a must, and instrumental/vocal skill is a huge plus -- sax players, please apply. Physically, I'm not picky, but short hair is definitely not my thing. Additionally, while I'd like kids at some point, I'm simply not financially able to help support a child at this point. I'll not turn away single mothers on that alone, but be warned that it will be a significant factor.
Winter is coming. Better have a jacket... or someone to warm up with, either's fine.
What I’m doing with my life
Work and stuff... back to college soon, hopefully.
I’m really good at
Observing, assessing, analyzing, cutting open a box with a utility razor, problem solving, cracking bad jokes.
I also enjoy various forms of gaming, billiards, writing, analyzing and even occasionally writing music, running conversational circles around idiots, making intelligent/philosophical conversation, and working on computers and vehicles, though I really can't say that I'm "good" at any of these things (I have little to no car repair experience, but I love to tinker). It seems as though I'm missing that "be good at things you really like" module.
The first things people usually notice about me
In many cases, my eyelashes. Apparently they are fabulously long.

FOOD
Er. Used to be a bit of a picky eater, but I've kind of lost that trait. I'm still not keen on seafood, and I still flat-out refuse to eat any sort of bean, but otherwise I'll eat what's on the table.
Oh, and I fracking LOVE pizza... but who doesn't?
The six things I could never do without
We'll forgo the obvious like water and general nourishment.

In terms of things I'd rather not live without....
1. Friends and family. I'm not the most sociable person, but contact with other people is nice from time to time.
2. My ability to think. I swear, there are too many people that try to get by without this as it is.
3. Music (and the ears to enjoy it with). It is one of the few things that can truly excite me, both listening and playing (especially playing!)
4. My hands/fingers/eyes/other things that people somehow live without. I'm pretty sure I couldn't handle being a cripple -- there's enough that I can't do even with a whole body, let alone one that's short a finger or a leg.
5. A car. No car = no way to get to work = no paycheck = no food = death. Law of transitivity says no car = death, so there you go. (Edit: Ironically, I wrote that just before I got rear-ended in my Cutlass, which totaled the car. So, by my own snowball-logic, I should be dead. Whoops.)
6..... all right, fine. A computer and an Internet connection. We're all addicted, right? My need for cat videos and Russian dashcam videos must be sated.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
1. Work-related stuff... more time than I care to, really.
2. My budget. Rent doesn't leave much from a minimum-wage job :(
3. Whatever game I'm playing. Tactics, plans, etc.
4. Metaphysical stuff. I spend hours with a couple friends trying to figure out the implications of time and what it really means.
On a typical Friday night I am
working..... nothing "typical" about it, though -- I'm *always* working Friday night.
I would *like* to be chilling with friends, maybe hitting up an FNM, maybe playing a few games of 8ball at the Union, maybe going on a date... but such things haven't happened in a while.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once stole a candybar from a grocery store when I was 5.....

Don't tell anyone!
