My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Communication is hard. Which is why I'm going to make it real easy. I am not here to hook up, I am not here to go on dates. I am here to maybe make some friends in my area. No, this does not mean you can be my friend and then complain about being "friend-zoned" because I won't date you/put out/etc. I like to talk, I like to have conversations. Messaging me with "hey" doesn't start a conversation, nor do skeevy "you're beautiful", etc messages. Like... thanks for the compliment, but I get kinda freaked out by somebody paying that much attention to my exterior before they take a minute to talk to me.

Online dating has always been, and will probably always be, creepy. So I don't do it! If you're willing to talk to me and you live somewhere I can easily get to without spending a lot of money, maybe we can meet up in a public place and talk about nerdy things sometime. Maybe if we hit it off well we can exchange further contact information.

That said, I'm lazy but I talk a lot, I spend far more of my time than is healthy indoors and on the internet, and I'm really into and this irritatingly enjoyable Japanese Live Action show called Kamen Rider. Yes, the ones with the karate guys in bug-inspired spandex. I've also recently gotten into Free! and Kill la Kill. I am a cosplayer and a roleplayer so by extension I am a LARPer, but I've never really cared for most organized LARPs or tabletop games.

I'm interested in photography and abandoned structures, and I love to go on adventures even though I rarely have the funds necessary to achieve them. My idea of a perfect day is sleeping until I wake up, getting in the car with good company and listening to good music, maybe singing along, and driving until we find something we want to do.

I own two cats!! Samantha I have had since she was a kitten and she is now seven, Satsuki is the new addition and she is about two years. I love cats in general, though I'm also quite fond of dogs and reptiles. I owned a betta fish as well, but I lost him last August and have yet to acquire another fish. ;;

Anyway, after all that-- my name is Anna. If you actually bothered to read that much crap about me then dang, you deserve at least that much if an introduction from me!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working at a Logan's Roadhouse, hosting and working Salad in the kitchen!! A tiny, tiny step upwards. Not the most glamorous or well-paying of jobs, but it's fast-paced, and as long as I have the presence of mind to ignore the high school drama that perpetuates in the place, it suits me well enough. As a note, the absolute worst way to try and get in contact with me is coming to work to stalk me. Yes, this has happened.

Currently, I'm living with one of my best friends, which is awesome! The other best friend lives about fifteen minutes down the road which is even more awesome. Two best friends in the same city holy shit this never happens to internet nerds like me.

Attending considerably fewer anime conventions than I would like due to money restrictions. Current roster is Anime Weekend Atlanta in September, Anime Blast Chattanooga in November, and... then I'm not sure. Anything closeby I usually get to.

Trying to lose some weight so I can be happier with my personal image, but it's very slow-going. Hoping to get a gym membership, or maybe use the complex fitness center (the latter looks impossible largely because apparently the complex is retarded enough to think that a fitness center will get use when it only maintains the hours of the office). I CUT SODA OUT OF MY DIET I AM SO PROUD OF ME.

Maybe trying to make some new, not-creepy friends on this otherwise mostly-creepy site. :D (Hint; this is where you come in.)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
+ Talking (about pretty much anything)
+ Drawing (though I wouldn't say "really good")
+ Singing (but I have terrible stage fright)
+ Spacing out (short attention span)
+ Forgetting things (see above).
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm 4'11". So most people look right over the top of my head. I'm also reasonably loud, possibly to make up for what I don't have in height.

My hair is in a side-cut. It's sort of a punk look and I'm older than most people would expect to do this even if I don't look that old, but it's sort of a wild 'do.

Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working. :|b

On a very occasional Friday, conventioning. Otherwise, online talking to friends because what is a social life that doesn't require a computer I mean seriously who has time or money for that.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I'm a virgin. Penetration freaks me out, but I was molested by a female roommate so sexual relations with girls scare me worse. :D

I've been told I fall into the category of "genderfluid" by several people, but I don't care for labels or the vast number of issues I find that come with them. This has a lot to do with my aversion to sexual intimacy and activities, and you aren't going to change that.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
+ You like Kamen Rider. Because seriously I need more friends that are into this dumb shit.

+ You aren't going to message me with inane things that are difficult to respond to like "hey sexy" or "you're beautiful". They're flattering, really, but I want to have a conversation. They're pretty cool! You should try one sometime. (With me, maybe.)

+ You know how to type full and complete sentences. If you abbreviate "you" to "u" unironically in a message to me, I'm going to ignore it and hope that you get hit in the face with a grammar paddle.

+ You don't mind me not answering for a while, if at all. I rarely use this website. Sometimes I check it for shits and giggles. Nine times out of ten I get an email notification and just sort of chuckle and delete it, fondly regarding the creepers on the internet. :|b;;
