i guess it's about time to update this thing. It's kind of
difficult to come up with a "self summary", kind of like a reader's
digest version of yourself. I wish I could hire a professional
copywriter that could inject just the right amount of humor,
sincerity etc or have a wikipedia page that I could just provide
the link for.
In a nutshell I can be gregarious, curious, shy, motivated,
humorous, serious, a pretty good driver, (just check my driving
record!) ambitious, a wall flower, a procrastinator. Sometimes I
can be all of these things simultaneously. I grew up in NY, Texas
& NJ (primarily) and have been in LA for a little bit more than
15 years. I lived in NYC in my 20's. I like to ski, hike, hang out
at the beach, snorkel, go on road trips (anyone for In-N Out while
we're driving down that highway?). I love exploring the outdoors
(the American West is an amazing place).
What I’m doing with my life
I try to make life as adventurous as possible whether
professionally or socially. I love to travel and try things that
I've never done before- I truly appreciate the opportunity to
experience so much that the world has to offer.
I’m really good at

The first things people usually notice about me
isn't this one for you to tell me?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music is a huge part of my life and I love to go to live shows.
Some of the shows I've been to in the past few months are ryan
adams (in big sur no less! spectacular!), wilco, arcade fire, blind
pilot, kings of convenience, james blake, bon iver, fleet foxes etc
My music tastes run from indie/alternative/folky type stuff to 80's
new wave, classic rock, 70's soul & r&b.
Movies are awesome and I love all types from blockbuster action
& adventure to art house indies.
Food runs the gamut and especially as I get older, I try to
incorporate restaurant/food adventures into my travel. I'm not a
I'm also a big fan of contemporary art and will check out
museums/galleries where ever I am (don't worry though- if it's not
your thing, you don't have to come along, I can meet you at the pub
The six things I could never do without
I'm going to cheat on this one and list some things I like in
-Driving up PCH
-Runyon Canyon (and Temescal too!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
On a typical Friday night I am
either going to a live music show or having dinner with friends. I
don't hang around bars so much anymore though every now and then
it's fun to go out and follow where the spirit takes you. I don't
mind a Friday night chilling out at home either.
You should message me if
you're up for a coffee or beer and a little bit of conversation.
