I want to make the world a better place for the majority of its inhabitants. Conservatives, racists, polluters, and sexists (but I repeat myself) will not like like this world.
Towards this end I am active in various political causes and also donate to a few charities.
I like to play sports, including: soccer, ultimate frisbee, dodgeball, and cycling.
I'd like to take up kayaking and never have go on a bridge across lake Washington again.

What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently at the end of a very intense and fulfilling adventure
working for the McGinn for Mayor campaign and looking to talk to
people about it and find new adventures.
Considering graduate school.
My long term plan is to work progressively more interesting and satisfying jobs (that pay more) while keeping my expenses low and saving up bunches of money so I can one day spend it. My goal is to live long and die happy, poor, and loved.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I'm pretty passionate when it comes to waste reduction. I currently
go to great lengths to avoid using plastic bags, plastic utensils,
and disposable plates/bowls. I'm typically the only one to show up
at a party/free food event with my own dishes/utensils. I'm still
pretty bad about avoiding buying things that tend to come in
plastic bags containers, such as cheese, yogurt, and cereal. I plan
on eventually switching to composting my organic waste and buying
things that can be poured into my own reused containers.
