My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm incredibly, totally and utterly taken. Just dropped by to say goodbye to some people.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Playing video games on the couch of my beloved.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Painting and drawing.
Fishing and camping.
Lots of other -ings.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes are large and oddly colored.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books: Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer. Most of Palahniuk. A bit of scifi/fantasy, historical novels and modern fiction. I read a little of everything.

Movies: Seven Psychopaths, In Bruges, No Country for Old Men, Six String Samurai, Moulin Rouge, Red State, The Last Samurai, Seven Pounds. I am not terribly picky about movies, since they're only going to suck about 2 hours from your life, but the ones I love tend to be well-made, epic, deviously funny or very sad.

Shows: I don't watch TV, but I totally rock the Netflix, which means I'm usually way behind everyone else on the few shows I watch. Usually I find a series I like and just watch the whole thing until I run out of episodes, then find something else. I do keep up with Downton Abbey and Sherlock, because the Brits have mastered drama. Also, Durham County because who knew Canadians could be so creepy? And American Horror Story, although I'm not so sure about the latest season.

Music: Damien Rice, Jason Mraz, Chris Cornell, Muse, Radiohead, Tori Amos, Brandi Carlisle, Griffin House, Auggie March, Starsailor, and tons of other stuff I can't think of off the top of my head.

Food: I could never be a vegetarian no matter how much I like tofu. I love animals...many of them are quite tasty. I do prefer my critter flesh to be humanely raised and fed a proper diet. I also prefer to buy local when I can. Wish there was a Whole Foods closer. :( !
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My phone, which sounds shallow and codependent, but it's saved me from boredom between classes, or while waiting on a friend to show up, far too many times.

Art supplies. Tons of them. I have a small studio in my house.

Tasty foods. No food is bad for you in moderation, but it's a good thing that I like the foods that are good for you also.

Cigarettes. Unfortunately. I really want to quit, and wish I could still afford Chantix.

Friends. The kind that you may not see for weeks, but when you do, it's like you just talked yesterday.

Bah...I guess the internet. I use it for school, keep up with friends near and far, promote my art, and watch various videos for education and entertainment, so I'd be pretty screwed without it.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Ideas for paintings.
School projects.
Creative ways to cook various foodstuffs.

The word "ruthless." Who is this Ruth chic, without whom people lose all sense of mercy?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At work or at my amazing boyfriend's house, unless we're out for the evening.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Once a toilet ate my debit card.

Also, I accidentally stabbed myself in the eye with a weed while picking tomatoes in my back yard. So very clumsy :-/
