Given that my work situation as a consultant makes my living situation relatively transient, I'm not focusing on long term at the moment. In light of that, I'm just looking for women of substance to spend time with... hanging out, wining and dining, conversation, laughs, and of course the possibility of romance is always a nice cherry on top.

Note: what I'm "looking for" is more what I'm open to at the moment... long term is always a possibility with the right person, I just feel putting that out there now is false advertising.

About me:

Big time foodie. I eat and cook with the best of them, which is a passion I'd love to share with a special someone.

Music is another thing I'm avid about. I don't care if you're into something completely different genre-wise, but I can honestly say I just don't 'get' people that dismiss having music play a role in their day to day life.

I wouldn't classify myself as a couch potato, but I'm no mountaineer either. I enjoy hiking, cycling, tennis, etc. as much as the next person but an evening curled up on the couch is equally as appealing with the right company.

I love travelling and plan to do another big trip within the next 2 years (Egypt maybe?)

Big time animal person, though I don't own any at the moment.

Also... I have 3 tattoos, and I find good body art to be terribly attractive.

Things I appreciate:

Sense of humor is crucial. Sarcasm, satire, intellectual, silly, random, and everything inbetween. I love to laugh and keep my wit on tap at all times.

Open and honest, especially with their heart. I wear my heart on my sleeve, to a fault sometimes, and it'd be nice to meet someone who appreciates the same approach.

Just... real. I don't know how else to put it. Someone who's lived life enough to have a few scars and learned about themselves in the process.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm constantly evolving my career, which I'm passionate about.
I have a number of other goals, some of which are lofty, but I'm "driven" at my core so I'm usually contributing to one such goal or simply recharging.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Anything techy, anything to do with food, and being crass and/or smarmy. Oh... and sudoku. I kick ass at sudoku.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Hmmm... probably my dimples, because I'm always smirking at something.
