Inquisitive, six foot, somewhat athletic, not aloof, easy on the eyes, spectacled, somewhat adventurous, likes to laugh, appreciates sentiment, doesn't gossip, non-smoker, light drinker, somewhat spiritual, enjoys dogs, divorced and happier for it, two teens who love me, loyal, trusting, and true blue, abhors dullness, enjoys the four seasons, caught a bit of the travel bug, gets involved in discussions, repartee and banter....I could go on....okay....I will for just a bit more...polite, gives to charity, donates time occasionally, likes to slow dance, okay with board games, gravitates to photo exhibits, thinks carnival and fair midways are to be sought out, good in the kitchen, appreciates dates who have something to say and say it...there, I've said enough and tightened the noose.

Is .... how much more I care about them than talking about me, at least to start out with... . I think my present-day motto or jolt of daily truth is the proverb that while one may be able to go faster, two can go farther.

Prefer non-fiction to fiction, independent and foreign films to blockbusters and like jazz, Brahms and Bach, and classic rock.

No to harpsichords, rap and the new country.

Can't turn down Italian and French cuisine and the occasional medium rare steak, fries (sweet potato and the conventional variety), and Alaskan salmon. I do have wine and cheese moments and savor a great hot dog (with the works) at a great, or not-so-terrific baseball game. And no to the question of whether I like to stay to the bitter end.

Sweet red peppers, tonic water and lime (I'm counting it as one), a great book, an empty note pad, the pen that never runs out of ink, and, of course....HER.

Whether there is intelligent life out there, who likes jeans and dress-up things, ice cream with curlicues, rainy days, and laugh-o-rama and serioso discussions without mentioning the afterlife. Afterdate is ok.

Either out unwinding --slow dancing with someone special-- or making a gourmet pizza with a selected DVD all set to go... . Amid the preparations for both I call some friends and family to learn what they may be doing on the weekend, check the weather forecasts to learn if a picnic in a field is feasible and scan the newspaper for exhibits or shows that WE want to see.

I know women are stronger than men, but I haven't seen it written down that many times.

You believe the man you spend the future with may be a matter of fate, if falling for someone who falls for you is a pretty good indicator of compatibility and you have a smile as wide as Montana to what I've just written and seeing you would not require 11 hours in the air, you're available, like your career, take care of yourself, and feel this may be the chance you've been holding out for....then RSVP pronto, like now, like immediate, as in I'm double-parked.
