My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am not your typical lady-and am more cute than beautiful, more sarcastic than giggly, and the type of girl you can woo with flowers or a pint to watch the game. I am ready to find a comedic, sarcastic partner-in-crime and am looking for a long term relationship. I am at that point in my life where I am ready to walk through life with someone and maybe take the scenic route.

I also love live music whether its an R& B or a rock concert. My other interests movies, pop culture, dancing (either to 80s new wave or the latest hip-hop), learning new things, and going to see stand-up comics. My favorite comedians are Margaret Cho, Aisha Tyler, Wanda Sykes, Bill Burr, Louis CK, and Patton Oswalt.

I am looking to meet a guy who is looking to be in a long term relationship, has strong sense of self and who is confident but not cocky. Intelligent, witty, educated (degree-wise as well as life), sense of humor and has a passion for life as well as a passion for your profession (whatever it may be).
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work at a local 'artsy' college. I love my job. It enables me to combine my passion for arts and education. My job also enables me to pursue my creative goals. I am a writer who actually writes. (Yes, there are many writers who don't write, very baffling). I write fiction and nonfiction and when not writing I am trying to get published. I also take art classes, even though I am very bad at it. So far, I've attempted ceramics, figure drawing, and now printmaking.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
-pop culture questions at trivia night
-helping people solve problems. I am the 'Oprah' in my group of friends.
-making people laugh (sometimes on purpose)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
In the following order:
1. My boobs. Yes, they are big! I know!
2. My smile
3. My eyes (sometimes getting another look at my boobs)
4. My sense of humor
5. My obsession with 80's music and John Hughes and John Cusack films.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Recent Book Faves: Flappers: Six Women of A Dangerous Generation by Judith Mackrell, Wild by Cheryl Strayed, Outliers by Malcolm Gladwell, A Visit from the Goon Squad by Jennifer Egan, anything by Brett Easton Ellis (I have a very love/hate/envy relationship with his work), Neon Angel: Memoir about The Runaways by Cherie Currie, Another Bullshit Night in Suck City by Nick Flynn
Music: 80's New Wave, Pop, and Hair Metal, Gossip, Cut Copy, Angel Taylor, soulful house music, some Hip Hop, some R&B/Soul music.
Movies: Anything from members of The State (I can't wait for the Wet Hot American Summer sequel), John Hughes movies, and action films. I do have a thing for really bad movies. I miss USA Up All Night-Toxic Avenger, etc.
