I am sarcastic, laid back, and nice.

My Self-Summary

I'm a guy not into the gay scene, born and live in the straight world which makes it difficult to meet other quality masculine guys in the area. Originally from the Bay Area (the East Bay!), born and raised, and moved down here to LA for graduate school which I just recently graduated this past June.

For those that don't know how to ask the question properly, my nationality is American and my ethnicity is Portuguese. (When a guy asks the question "What's your nationality?" I know he means...you look exotic and he want to know what you are not your national allegiance or citizenship it's no the 1950s.)

I'm a Delta Chi alumnus and was very active in my fraternity as secretary and president, came out my senior year. Not a stereotypical fraternity guy.

Taught high school social studies and coached swimming for four years.
Not a stereotypical teacher.

Not a stereotypical homosexual.

Not into stereotypes.
I like writing (screenwriting), history (the US Presidency, U.S. history, California history, rail roads, the Cold War, the space race, westward movement, the Civil War, among many other topics), politics, music (hardcore, punk, pop-punk, rock, alternative), television (half-hour comedies), animation, movies, comic books (DC, Marvel), video games (Nintendo), 420 (big time), swimming (breast and free), dive bars, cuddling...o and screenwriting.

What I’m doing with my life

I graduated with a degree in history and went off to do the only thing you could do with such a degree...I became a teacher at my old high school. I quit after four years to follow my dreams of becoming a writer.

So I'm unemployed. Searching for work of any kind. the rest of the time is writing, writing, 420, and some more writing all focused toward screenwriting. I'm working on my half hour TV spec scripts and a graphic novel aka a comic book.

I’m really good at

writing, swimming, counting to 7. I know way too much about the US presidency. 420. comic books.

The first things people usually notice about me

How would I know?

If I had to guess I'd say that I don't smile, but that doesn't define my mood. I'll smile, so don't tell me to :) I won't tell you to smile...or to stop smiling.

Maybe that I'm balding or a big nose...these are gay guys looking at my profile.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

why is it so hard to find quality guys? my luck finding a job is no different than finding a guy.

On a typical Friday night I am

hopefully chilling with friends, either relaxing with friends at someone's house or at a dive bar getting drinks or going to listen to music, watch a movie, play video games...

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

Not sure.

You should message me if
