I'm never sure what to say in these "About Me" sections... Hi, I'm Ben. I'm 21 and have lived in Buffalo my entire life. As much as I've grown to love the city I live in I'm constantly thinking about just up and moving. I love idea of traveling even if it's just a small little road trip with some buddies. I'm a pretty laid back guy and I think I'm easy to get along with. I'm always open to new ideas and experiences. To most I probably come off as quiet and a little shy. After I get to know someone though I tend to open up.

I enjoy doing many things in my free time. I play the guitar, albeit not amazingly great but well enough. I'm an avid gamer. I play mostly anything from Guitar Hero to Halo. Umm... I enjoy cooking when I get the chance. Working on computers, or rather, trying to fix friend's computers is another little hobby of mine. Oh and I'm trying to pick up snowboarding. That's about it... For now at least.

I'm currently working at a little grocery store called Wegmans. It's a decent job that pays well. Can't complain too much about it.

I went to ECC North for a year before deciding to take a break from the whole school thing. I plan on heading back in the Spring to enroll in their Ford Auto program. Hmm... Maybe not the greatest idea considering the current financial situation of US auto companies huh? Oh well. I enjoy working on cars and getting my hands dirty.

I feel I'm good at making people laugh. Friends have told me that they can always count on me to make them smile even if they've been having a terrible day. I'm also an excellent listener.

I dislike these kinds of questions because I can never come up with any straight answers.

I haven't read much but I'm working on changing that. I enjoy anything written by Michael Crichton, Slash's autobiography was great, and I'm currently reading World War Z by Max Brooks.

I love watching movies. There are too many favorites for me to possibly mention them all. I'll edit this once I can think of a top 10 or something.

I'm constantly listening to music and always searching for new stuff to add to my growing library. I listen to just about anything. And I know that's such a cliche answer but it's true. My favorite would have to be Led Zeppelin. Recently though I've been listening to a lot of acoustic and more "chill" stuff such as: Damien Rice, Massive Attack, Explosions in the Sky...

In no specific order:

Anything and everything.

Probably calling friends to see if they want to go do something. If they say "yes" we'll probably just chill at one of their houses and drink some alcoholic beverages. If they say "no" I'm usually on my computer or playing some game on Xbox Live with one of the friends who previously said "no."
