I am a woman:
who is not afraid to call something specious and prove it;
who knows how to appreciate an unopened newspaper, caviar, mud/sweat, a great pop song, the smells of dewy wool sweaters, a quiet forest in the dead of winter and hot, salty air;
who laughs heartily, eats well, dances with utter abandon and speaks and sneezes like a book;
who kisses in a manner that makes people forget their names but remember why they chose to be alive;
who always has a swiss army knife and will enlist you into a madcap search for anything lost;
who actively combats manipulation; who does many things shockingly terribly;
who, as a child, wanted to be a spy; who is dead sexy first thing in the morning;
and who plays - often - at being a girl, but is always a woman.

What I like:
People with intellect, a feel for aesthetics, a serious silliness, who are honest to a fault and insist on living with warmth, physical exuberance, inquisitive fun and outrageously ripe tomatoes (and fresh black pepper).

fumble.
snoopydance.
and grab my hand and grin ...

being stern and wiggling my ears. Takes excessive skill to do both. Obviously.

Am also rather gifted with the semi-colon.
