My self-summary
I am kind. I'm not exactly sarcastic, maybe a little sardonic, and a wiseass. The desperate romantic in me thinks, "all I need is that one right person, and everyone else can go to hell." The realist in me thinks, "I just need someone who's kind and intelligent who accepts me for my strengths and weaknesses." I'm 30 now and although I like to party, it's usually only once per week, maybe twice if there's craziness afoot, but I need usually a full day to recover. I play harp and have studied music academically. I love yoga and going out for long city hikes and enjoying nice weather, but it would be a lie if I didn't acknowledge I can be zapped some days and just binge on netflix and naps. Although I am not looking to jump into anything super serious at a moments notice (I like to develop relationships over time), I would very much like to see where things lead.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a property manager and I'm taking a course to become a health care musician. Which basically means I will play for people in hospice care.

The six things I could never do without
I believe humans are wired to adaptation. Take away my phone, my pizza, my netflix, whatever else everyone lists I'm sure I'll be fine. Though somedays I need to be around people and somedays I need alone time.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How death is an illusion and that individuality is just a horrible side effect of consciousness. AND THAT WE'RE ALL MADE OF MUSIC!
On a typical Friday night I am

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once wrote a joke. It goes, "They say hindsight is 20/20, but I probably could have told you it was a bad idea to call it World War One back then." Also I use humor to hide insecurity.

If you want to spoon and spend hours watching cartoons and sci-fi then we might as well just put a down payment on a mortgage. Also Prince. Prince is non-negotiable.
