Books: Let The Right one In. Quiet by Susan Cain. Great Gatsby,
Flowers for Algernon, Romance of the Three
Kingdoms(Historical-Fiction novel, not cheesy romance book...), The
Faith Instinct: How Religion Evolved and Why it Endures... Hmm... I
should make more time to invest in reading :)
Music: I like mellow music. Favorite artists are Imogen Heap (Frou
Frou), Sia, and Jasmine Rodgers. I've recently signed up on Last.FM
and discovered a lot of old artists that I liked a long time ago
but just forgot. So..
Florence + The Machine
Of Monsters and Men
Movies: My favorite is Garden State, truely my all time favorite.
Also... Serenity, A Dog's Breakfast, Let The Right One In (my
current fave), I like the usual movies most people like (Matrix,
Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind, blah blah blah). Ong Bak. I
love Kung Fu movies, the older and cheesier the better. I'll take
Drunken Boxing with the ORIGINAL DB than the last Jackie Chan one
any day. Special (RX) is truly a brutal stark take on the life of a
Superhero, highly recommend it.
Food: I'll eat just about anything. Anything home cooked will make
me incredibly happy. I seem to be fond of food from Brewers, Carl
Strauss, Oggies, delicious food. I love Italian food, seafood or
without, it all makes me smile. I may say whatever sounds good, but
you can see in my eyes when I'm thrilled to goto some random
obscure Pho or Thai restaurant. I love spicy food, I'll take any
opportunity to spice up life ;)
TV: Castle, Animes (Bleach and a few others. Just went to my first
Anime Expo today in LA, had an amazing time! Who else went???),
Stargate SG-1/Atlantis, Andromeda, Mythbusters, Firefly, Dilbert.
And a few others I cannot think of at the moment lol. Here we go;
Futurama, Family Guy, Old Sci-fi shows, Jack of All Trades, Earth
Final Conflict, Hercules, Xena (I thought Gabrielle was cute :D),
American Pickers, just about anything on History Channel (Hitler
Channel). Doctor Who, Breaking Bad, 30 Rock, Game of Thrones.
I love going to lectures, boring or not. Love seeing the passion
people have for their lifes work. Went to a lecture at UCSD some
time ago on GPR and it's recent application to Anthropology and the
Holocaust. I was fascinated at the topic!
Games: I used to play WoW, seriously not intense in it at
all(REALLY!) I just played it out of boredom, but found the lore
interesting. Currently love Aion, but like I mentioned before, I
just play these games out of boredom and to learn the lore behind
