I'm Ashley.
I've never been kissed on New Years Eve.
I cried while watching the movie Sex and the City,
Even though I hate the show.
I'd like to say that Disney is to blame
for giving me unrealistic expectations about love,
But I think deep down
I know that I just like to hope for the very best out of life.
I love to read, and write nonsensical-
yet meaningful poems and short stories for no reason.
I love to sing, and I like to think I'm fairly good at it.
My friends and family mean the world to me
and my friends are my family.
I'm plagued with creative thoughts when I try to sleep-
which constantly keeps me up at night.
I don't plan nor can I actually picture my future.
All I know is that I just want to be happy
with whatever it is I end up doing.
I feel like that's a fairly simple goal
and I'm going to make it my number one priority
for as long as I can.
I can be stubborn as hell,
but with a sufficient amount of time to cool down
I can usually forgive and forget.
I'm easily offended in a feminist way,
and I talk too much when I'm nervous.
But I promise you- you will never find anyone like me.
Get to know me.
It'll be worth it.

There are things in my life that I regret.
There are many others that I'm proud of.
And would do over again in a heartbeat.
If I were a saint, which, maybe I want to be
Maybe I don't... I would be like Augustine.
He knew there was good in him,

Before he was good and ready.

i love all different kinds of books. everything from smutty romance to twilight.

i love all kinds of music. i think every single kind of genre deserves an appreciation. you can find everything on my ipod from sinatra to the backstreet boys.

i love italian food but my favorite would have to without a doubt, pizza :)

Depends really. I could either be out with my friends or at home with my cat just hanging out and watching a movie.

I'm afraid of the dark.
I also kind of have a weakness for nerdy guys <3 :)
