Profiles are not something I majored in in college, so I am going to try to make this as simple and direct as possible to make life easy for whomever reads this.

Aside from my stats, I am the type of person who looks at things from all perspectives and takes most things into account before I decide to leap. I like to hang out with large groups of people as well as small. I have a penchant for learning new things and always have my ear to the ground for new knowledge. My sense of humor is hard to pinpoint as it varies based on the company I am keeping at the time. If you were to ask those around me to describe me in one word it would be "Comfortable", as most seem to always be at ease around me. I learned my lessons early in life and have come to realize that lying serves me no purpose and ultimately brings me more strife than happiness. So from that statement alone I can promise I am not here to play games with anyone. I am simply here to meet and make friends, maybe even a relationship. Who knows.

I'm currently going to school to become an Automotive Technician, which is just a fancy way of saying mechanic.

Fixing things, be they mechanical, electrical, or personal. Since my mind is always running (more on that later), figuring out how things work is a huge passion of mine. I can look at the problem, analyze it from multiple angles, and find the most logical solution. This doesn't mean I can't come up with some very out of the box solutions when needed. I once fixed a car's AC using a set of drumsticks.

I'm also a very good listener. I'm a very compassionate individual and I care deeply for the people in my life. I don't like to see those close to me suffer.

Physically: My eyebrows. No, seriously. I've lost count of the number of times I've been asked if I pluck them. I don't understand what the deal is. And no, i don't pluck them.
My youthful appearance. I've been told I look ten years younger. It's a blessing and a curse. Sure, you must be thinking "But that's great! You'll still have your looks when you get older." Yes, but try getting carded for alcohol and cigarettes every single time. It gets old very quickly. But the face servers give when trying to figure out if my ID is legit is always humorous.

Personality: New people to my life see my "shyness" and think I'm quiet. But that isn't the whole story. Yes, some part of it stems from being naturally shy, but I'm just trying to get a feel for the situation. Once I feel comfortable with you, however, I open up completely. I've surprised more than a few people who wrote me off as "the quiet one".

This section always gets so long-winded. I'll give you a synopses. I have to keep some mystery, or else you won't have any questions for me.

Books: I enjoy Sci-Fi, Fantasy, anything by Steven King, Mystery, and Adventure. I try to read as much as I can, but between work and school, I don't have much time. When I do find the time, I'll pick up a book and won't put it down until I'm done. I'm a pretty quick reader.

Movies: I give everything a chance, from Art House films to Popcorn Blockbusters. I've yet to find a movie I did not find enjoyable.

Some favorites:
Star Wars (The prequels were decent. And Lucas can shove the "updated" original trilogy right up his ass. HAN SHOOTS FIRST DAMMIT!).
The Dark Knight Saga (Thank you Nolan for showing the rest of the world a dark, gritty, serious Batman.)
Back To The Future (The greatest trilogy of all time. Even though it's depressing once you think about it)
The Marvel Cinematic Universe Movies (Iron Man tops them all. Let's face it, Robert Downey Jr. IS Tony Stark. I believe Mark Ruffalo did a much better job portraying Bruce Banner. Agent Coulson stole the show though.)
The Prestige
Life Is Beautiful (A comedy? Set during the Holocaust? And it's actually good? Seriously, go watch this movie if you haven't.)

Shows: Don't have a lot of time for TV, but when I do, I'm usually either watching The Science Channel, Discovery Channel, or Cartoon Network.

Music: This one is very difficult to pin down. I try my best to listen to everything out there. And I mean EVERYTHING. In my ears, if a song has a good beat, has an interesting melody, or some combination of things I can't quite put my finger on, I will listen to it. I'm always on the lookout for new music. Any suggestions?

My mind - Without it, life would be nothing but boring monotony.

The Internet - The Mecca of information. There is no better place to slake my thirst for knowledge than Al Gore's internet.
My cell phone - It gives me the internet-lite and connects me to...
Friends - What good is information without someone to share it with? Life's experiences are best when shared.

Bonus: Some sort of power source to keep the cell phone, laptop, Ipod, Internet going. It would suck having all theses things and no power.

Remember what I said earlier about my mind constantly running? Picture an F-22 Raptor at full afterburner and you'll get an idea of what my mind is like. It never slows down. Perpetual thought is what I like to call it. I'm constantly thinking about something, whether it be hypothetical scenarios, processing the information learned during the day, analyzing situations to see how they could have played out differently, trying to come up with new ideas to various problems. It carries over to my conversations. Don't be surprised if I go off on a tangent and start discussing something seemingly unrelated to the topic at hand. It makes sense in my mind, and I'll do my best to explain it.

Working, sadly. I typically spend time with friends, play billiards, catch a movie, or race a few laps at the indoor go-kart track on the rare occasions I have a Friday off.

I consider myself an open book, so I don't have anything you can call "private". I'll just use this space to list two random facts about me, a fear and a quirk. Consider this a treat for those of you who read this far.

I have a fear of bridges. It won't stop me from crossing them, but I always get this strange feeling that the bridge is going to collapse behind me.

I enjoy finding songs that have dual meanings once you apply a little lateral thinking.
For example: Frank Sinatra's "Anytime, Anywhere". A declaration of undying devotion or the sad tale of a man with so little self-worth he loves a woman who doesn't reciprocate?
