I make time to take care of my body; I didn't have much of a choice once I started to learn more about physiology and pathophysiology in my program, and became absolutely disgusted at how I was eating/living. I go to the gym, run, skip rope, and do yoga 3x weekly to keep fit. My goal this year is to put on more muscle. Unfortunately sometimes I take on more than I can chew; between school, working on my furniture, friends and travel I have left little time for getting 'swole'. Anyway, I am happy with my body, but as always see that there is plenty of room for improvement. work in progress :) ... I try not beat myself up about it, and relish in the other rewarding work I do.
Another passion I've taken a step back from in the past two years has been Muay Thai; I used to train regularly and competed in both Greece and Thailand. Really hoping to make time for this again; planning on working/training seasonally in Thailand once my degree is finished. I just wrote this on the fly, not trying to bolster myself or whatevvva - hopefully it didn't come off that way, this is me, if you think we'd get along shoot me a message :).
