My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I guess I would say that I'm the type of person that can fit in to most social circles. All types of people interest me.

Friends say I have a big presence and my personality can envelope any situation, but I think myself as a big dog that doesn't know how big he is :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a Jr. Network Engineer. Why Junior you say? Well, I switched careers, and now I'm doing something I actually look forward to going to work for! "Oh great, another brown guy in IT" you say... well this brown guy in IT works with Satellites! in SPACE!!!1

Starting from the bottom again has its challenges, but never give up on your aspirations!

I feel like there should be another box called "What I WANT to do with my life" It's good to see people's aspirations and goals. I guess for me, I want to go up to Tobermory and get a perfect shot of you and I sitting under the milky way. So far I've got one of myself, but it'd be nice to share it with someone.

I want to go on a road trip from London to Monaco, and then hop on a boat to Corsica and sip champagne on the beach under the stars with a pretty girl.

I want to own and train a big dog. like an over sized German Shepherd, an Alaskan Malamute, or a Great Dane. I feel like adventures can be enhanced with big dogs. Not to discount little dogs ('cause pugs are goddamn hilarious and I love them), but I feel like I have to look after them when I want to do something with them instead of well.. actually doing something with them.

I'll add more here later. There's always room for improvement and things to be done!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cheering you up when you feel down! Or... fixing your computer! (Yeah, I used to be that guy. You know, the guy who has a crush on you and you know it but you only use him when you need help with your computer?) I probably still haven't learned my lesson, but not because I'm infatuated. I just feel good helping people, So... maybe I'm using YOU!! STOP RUNNING AWAY! LET ME HELP YOU!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
How's the weather up there?
Can you reach that for me?
Is it snowy on top of your head?
Don't trip and hit your head on the moon!

I guess people say I'm tall...I'm not. I'm a normal sized person in a snack sized world.

-I've been told I'm spontaneous.
Concert in Rochester tonight? I'm down.
1 week trip to Vegas planned the day before? Count me in!
Same-day cottage getaway on the weekend in the summer?...

...Let's just say, I keep my clothes folded and ready to be packed at a moments notice.

I admit I don't read a lot of books. I like to get lost on Wikipedia reading article after article. I'm a knowledge sponge. I spend a lot of time on Reddit and technology sites. I like to keep up with the current state of our technological advancements.

I love watching movies as well. I have a pretty wide range for them. Anything from The Avengers to Moon, Samsara, The Hobbit, hell the whole LOTR series, The Matrix trilogy, the list goes on....

Recently I saw a movie called The Room at The Royal with some friends. It was an awful AWFUL movie, but it was one of the greatest theatre experiences I've ever had, plastic cutlery and all!

TV Shows that hold a special place in my heart: Madmen, House of Cards, Top Gear, Suits, Community, The Office, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Cosmos....

My taste in music changes like the seasons. I can listen to pretty much anything from Dubstep to 'Tears in my Beers' country music.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-iPhone (yeah I know... but my excuse is that I need it for my job)
-Google (I probably would have been fired a long time ago without this one)
-My warm bed
-Dreams (both literal and aspirational)
-My Computer/Laptop
-An Internet connection. If I could put it straight into my veins, I would.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Meeting someone that has a breadth of knowledge (or at least a curiosity just as wide), and while you're talking to them, a bit of magic happens when we both have enough to agree on and enough to bring to the table to have a fruitful debate-heavy conversation.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Same thing we do every night Pinky!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
- Sometimes when I'm doing something physically strenuous I pretend that I'm a robot *I FEEL NO PAIN*

-I really don't know what I should put for 'Ethnicity'. I'm Sri-Lankan born, and that's pretty much where my brown-ness ends. I was raised in Germany and Canada, so checking off the "Indian" box just seems semantically wrong, so I included 'Other' and 'Asian' knowing full well that people filter their search results by ethnicity. I'm not sorry :P
