Hi, I'm Aaron and I do my best to do things right.

I do my best to listen more than I talk, read more than I watch TV, be creative more than just being a consumer, and continually try to motivate myself to be a better person.

Working somewhere around 40 hours a week in a relatively boring, but stable, retail job. Getting involved in a community learning center and helping with English tutoring, and occasionally teaching old people how to use their computers without having them blow up.

Attempting to start another band, because I miss the brief moments when I felt like a rock star. Also, I have a lot to scream about, still.

Volunteering at my church, for being relatively small, we do an awful lot.

Attending as many Orioles games as I possibly can and praying that they make the playoffs again. Last year, I managed to hit 10 and a playoff game.

"There's no way you're really 32" - everyone ever. All the years of straight edge living have paid off well.

Possibly my tattoos, depending on what I'm wearing. (They're all easily hidden with pants and a t-shirt, so I won't scare your grandma/mom/extremely religious neighbors)

I love books more than just about anything, my favorite authors are C.S. Lewis, Kurt Vonnegut, Phillip Yancey, Rob Bell, Ted Dekker, Dean Koontz, and Frank Peretti.

I will stop and watch Back to the Future anytime it's on, even though I own them on DVD, I also love Dirty Work, Tommy Boy, Men In Black, the Lord of the Rings, The Chronicles of Narnia, Boondock Saints, Pulp Fiction, Mallrats, Dogma, Warrior, The Fighter, Zombieland, and a whatever happens to strike my fancy on Netflix.

My tv exists for sports, mostly (Orioles baseball, Redskins football, Capitals hockey, Terps and Wiz basketball), then the Simpsons, King of the Hill, Family Guy, South Park, Hoarders, Intervention, WWE, UFC, and other various slightly embarrassing programs.

I'm a sucker for good pizza, which means New York style, and not the tomato pie that people in Chicago try to pass off as pizza. Good barbecue and breakfast food. I just recently gave up caffeine, and really, I only miss sweet tea.
