My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
anarchist, genderqueer, intoxication-culture-resisting, naively optimistic, anxiously awaiting collapse.

i like climbing waterfalls, dancing poorly, hangin out with my best dog pal, studying herbal medicine, sleeping through the winter, being barefoot, riding my bike, reading too many books at once, being effective, and living with rad folks.

i just moved back here (from Michigan), so i am legit looking for people to hang out with.
What I’m doing with my life

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
i spend a lot of time thinking about how everyone feels hopeless and how we all need to be better at taking care of each other. i also think about ways of effectively resisting state oppression. and about how claustrophobic i get when i stay in one place for too long. and about how suffocating capitalism is. and the perils of civilization. and how i want to love people enough, and believe in them enough, that i don't slip into a vortex of nihilism.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
i'm not interested in hanging out with people who are attached to their smartphone, or tweet/ instagram/ tumblr regularly. i find that folks who heavily engage in such realms exist primarily as internet personae and have a tendency toward narcissism. if you list an electronic device as something you can't live without, we won't make very good friends.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
*you have a dog and they want to meet my dog
*you like being outside
*you are interested in addressing/resisting the totality of oppression
*you understand that it is not the responsibility of marginalized folk to educate you
*you don't use the "N-word" with or without the hard "R" (seriously tho, i shouldn't even have to say that)

as an additional note:
i like most people, but the internet is quite expansive, and for me, it is also overwhelming at times. i like things that are tangible and real. unfortunately, the internet is a breeding-ground for all things empty and superficial. with that being said, please don't message me if you can't manage to come up with more than 3 sentences.

also, sometimes i don't check this thing for weeks at a time, so if i haven't replied to yr message, its probably because i haven't checked the site.
