My Self-Summary
21/f, from boston, massachusetts, and currently an alumni from
umass amherst with a B.A. in sociology and japanese. my hobbies are
hanging out with friends, japan, cars, hip-hop, and other things as well.
according to a friend of mine... I WANT SOME LOVIN'. GET INTO MY
PANTS. :D in other words, i'm just looking for someone nice to talk
to and to be friends with. currently single. most of my friends
describe me as really nice, quiet (when i want to be), extremely
clumsy, down-to-earth, and a fun person to hang out with. but those
are just the basics. i don't want to give too much away.. ;)
What I’m doing with my life
Currently studying Japanese language at Umass Amherst. Hopefully, I
plan to take that with me after college and *hopefully* do
translation for the United Nations or big business. After college
plans are still up in the air for the most part.
I’m really good at
I'm pretty good at talking shit, according to a lot of people. Its
all fun and games though, no feelings get hurt in the proces. Other
things that i'm good at is giving advice for different situations,
hence why people tend to open up to me a lot of the time. Nothing
wrong with that though, right?
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes. They aren't big or anything but I guess they stand out a
bit. Also, a lot of people notices my braces as well. Call me metal
mouth if you choose. :P Oh and my boobs. I'm not even gonna deny
it, they're huge and i'm not too proud of that. =(
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
(a) Don't like to read much but I really liked The Namesake by
Jhumpa Lahiri. (b)Some of my favorite movies are Any Given Sunday,
Eternal
Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Lost In Translation, 28
Days, Risky Business, Lady and the Tramp, Scarface, Clerks,
Rocketman, White Chicks, etc. Both a mix of stupid movies and some
serious ones, too.
(c) Genres of music that I like is hip-hop (underground & mainstream), some rock (not as much but some of it's catchy), Soca, Reggae, R&B, some j-pop, and neo soul. Some of the artists I like are Mos Def, Common, Atmosphere, Black Eyed Peas, Jedi Mind Tricks, Foreign Exchange, The Roots, Bobby Valentino, Boom Bap Project, Floetry, Kindred, Linkin Park, Carl Thomas, Pharcyde, etc.
(d) My favorite foods are Beef curry rice, cantalope, indian food, west indian food, and japanese food.

I think about more serious and complex stuff than you may think.

On a typical Friday night I am
Sitting at home on the computer, napping, or chillin with my
friends. I'm not much of a person to go out on Friday nights unless
there are set plans to do something. Other than that, straight
relaxation.
