Freedom. 1984, Hard Boiled Wonderland, The Great Gatsby. But
really, East of Eden is the epic novel that hasn't been topped yet.
Flashbacks, a Cain/Abel dynamic across two generations, and the
coldest bitch (I mean that in a non misogynistic way, guys can be

Memento, Oldboy, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, In the Mood
for Love, Mulholland Drive, There Will Be Blood, Blue Valentine,
Inception, Drive, Heat, The Prestige, In the Mood For Love
Really too much music to list. (but excuse me while I list a bunch
Can. Psychedelic German Rock with a japanese singer trying to sing
English? How can you go wrong? See:
I've been listening to Toro y Moi on repeat lately:
Stuff like this too:
Lately a lot of Holy Ghost!, Vampire Weekend, Phoenix, Crystal
Castles, and Daft Punk (always.)
I am pretty into Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Twin Peaks (I love David
Lynch), Arrested Development, and Six Feet Under (best series
finale ever). Battlestar Galactica was like my favorite show ever
for a while but then they kind of ruined it in the 3rd/4th
I love ethnic food, trying new restaurants and random food trucks
(if you are a fan of Senor Sisig or FiveTen Burger, we will get
along). Street food in Bangkok, Hawker stands and kaya toast in
Singapore, Dim Sum in Hong Kong, and basically anything in Japan
(except natto and sea snails).
