My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
To save time to those of you that are not looking for a woman with a child - I do have a six year old daughter that means the world to me.

Please note that I feel bad for most men on this site that have to get extra creative to get a response from a woman but please understand that our lives are busy and online dating can be a bit overwhelming, so do not take it personally if we don't respond.

Do you have a mind that is open to everything but attached to nothing? If so, please read on.

I'm a bit of a free spirit (a responsible one though) - honest, straight forward, at times opinionated. By no means perfect but strive to be a person that will only inspire and motivate other people. Every life experience I've been through was a positive one (no matter how 'painful' at that time) and I gained a world of knowledge out of it. I LOVE to myself the most, and appreciate happy people with a good sense of humor...after all it's what helped me "survive" my life. And I am still to figure out how NOT to start almost every sentence with the word 'I'. :)

I am in hopes of meeting a ‘real’ person that realizes it isn’t his job or accomplishments or real estate that defines who he is. Someone tolerant and understanding of other people, races, religions, politics etc...someone able to connect emotionally but not smother me with too much affection. I love romance and everything that goes with it but I am my own person and like my personal space.

“You know, my dear child, that one cannot find peace in work or in pleasure, in the world or in a convent, but only in one’s soul.”
(from The Painted Veil by Somerset Maugham)

''It is only the awareness of the body that makes love seem limited. For the body is a limit on love.''
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it while often reminding myself to stay in the moment and inviting and accepting all different experiences and emotions that come with it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Trying my best to be the best mom (it is a hard job!!!), understanding people, empathy, spelling actually ;), my job, photography, riding horses. I am also a decent cook but enough bragging for now.
The first things people usually notice about me

To name a few books I read recently: The Hiding Place - incredibly inspiring and Left To Tell - equally so. Proof of Heaven (amazing story of NDE) and When Things Fall Apart by a Buddhist (female) monk - great book! I do love to read. If you have heard of Brent Haskell's Journey Beyond Words, Gary Renard's Disappearance of Universe or the Course in Miracles I assure you that we will have something to talk about.

I used to live in Italy so am a little bit of a food snob. ;) Nowadays I try to eat healthy, love sushi and asian food. My favorite restaurant is probably VQ and I've been enjoying breakfasts at Blossoming Lotus lately.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

It really varies...I enjoy going out for dinner with closest friends but equally like staying home and reading a book.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am currently very addicted to the roasted plantain chips from Trader Joe's. It's serious and I'm seeking a help of a support group.
