I am sometimes a quiet and shy person. Some people think this means I have no personality, but in truth, it probably means I have just met you and/or haven't formed an opinion of you yet, or that I just don't like you. Either way, you probably won't find out the reason why as I enjoy beating around the bush and trying to avoid confrontation. Just be patient and try to get to know me better. On the plus side, this makes me a very good listener, and I do enjoy listening.

I love cows (both dead and alive) and cow-related things, cats, plants, and books. All to an almost obsessive level. When I get old and feeble, I will probably be the crazy cat/plant lady who lives in a house that is lined floor to ceiling with bookshelves. It is quite sad, really...

I use proper grammar and punctuation the majority of the time (though sometimes I get lazy and don't capitalize), so continually finding punctuation and grammar mistakes rub me the wrong way. "Chat speak" is probably one of the worst things done to the English language.

Yes, my username is kind of weird, and I would like to change it, but I don't really want to delete it and make a new profile (too many quizzes and questions to redo, you know?).

I am currently working to get my Masters (or maybe PhD) in biological sciences, or more specifically, in physiology, cell and developmental biology. I work with goldfish and zebrafish and more recently, mice.

When I am not busy with that, I hang out with friends, spend an excessive amount of money on books, and collect cow related things.

Reading, video games, cat walking, listening to rants, making lists (about anything and everything), and most importantly, baking awesome muffins.

That I am kind of shy when first meeting people. Also, I am short, alas.

1) I like reading mostly fantasy and mystery books, random fiction books, classics, and cook books about muffins.

2) The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Pride and Prejudice, Phantom of the Opera, Australia, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (with Johnny Depp).

3) Mostly anything except for country, but I lean towards alt rock and Finnish rock/power metal.

4) Milk! Raspberries! Other kinds of fruit, garlic bread, and pasta with tomato-based sauce. Dessert in general is also pretty good.

Milk, books, my cat, electronics, a blanket, and a good smooshy pillow.

Nothing -- I really enjoy spacing out.

Sleeping, cleaning until 1 am, or reading. Depends on my day.

I can hold a grudge for a very long time. Extremely long.
