What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
training and writing. trying to build something bigger. lifting heavy shit.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
getting into the worst messes and telling great stories about them. being intuitive. sprinting. scaring the guys at my gym with weighted pull-ups(but seriously no one talks to me there and I really like to think I'm a nice girl?). getting in trouble at the gym for explicit playlists(and then getting asked for copies). solving movement problems. seeing all of the options and being unable to make a decision. turning things around.

About a month ago, all of the novels and books I own came back to me from Utah(I had moved out there for a bit for work) ruined. They were unexplainably soaking wet and I'm pretty sure that's what my eyes looked like for hours. Tons of other stuff was destroyed but my books broke my heart.

This fall I saw Interpol for the millionth time(damn was it tough to get tickets this time), Run the Jewels, and secured myself some really good seats for Taylor Swift. When is Meek Mill getting out of jail? In steady rotation mute math, beck, pusha-t, ryan adams, vampire weekend, doom.

I have a housewives obsession but I also love Suits, House of Cards, Orange Is the New Black, American Horror, and of course Law and Order repeats.

After figure competitions/photo shoot cuts I always just want a cheeseburger and a beer.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My sister
Lifting heavy stuff
Books(update - actually I lived on)
Hot yoga
Lord and Taylpr(update - actually I can't. No L&T in Utah. Couldn't do it I guess I will insert football instead of my lost books!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
At any given moment I'm likely pondering my next cup of coffee. but also training, learning, career path, napping, next blog, free people dresses, over-active egos, the nervous system, why figure competition suits are covered in disgusting tacky crystals, how i need to stop being so damn empathetic, the west coast, the universe, rotary stability, lululemon gear, how to fix my clients....
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Thinking about my bed and dead-lift saturday. Saturday is more of my night out.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out! my fitocracy account

...and I have a truly remarkable high end nail polish collection. no like it's sick. username is two-fold.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You read books, you'd prefer to do non-drinking activities and stay in a bit every now and then. you're ambitious, you have similar interests, you know how to dead-lift, you bring good karma, we have more in common than fitness(I mean really shouldn't fitness be a given for humans anyway?) and you want to talk about other things... some or all of these things.
