My Self-Summary
I like to have fun with friends and get together to talk, laugh and
eat of course. My world is a happy one. I am adapting a healthier
lifestyle, eating good foods, doing yoga and exercising. A few
months ago, I made my first trip outside the country and I'm
excited to do more traveling and meet people. I've had a lot of fun
being a single gal and think there is even more fun out there that
I could share with someone!
What I’m doing with my life
I love to read. My favorite way to relax is to sit in the sun and
read a good book. I've started yoga 2 years ago and its fast
becoming an addiction with me! Movies are fun. I like to explore,
museums, thrift shops, or neighborhoods. This summer I decided to
volunteer at a lot of events. I had a great time meeting new people
and helping out some great local charities. Fun for me could mean
many different things. It is always great to get together with
friends, meeting at someone's house to chat or watch old movies! I
love to spend time outside, but an occasional lounge day on the
sofa isn't bad either!
I’m really good at
I work in the non-profit sector. So, I'm really good at listening,
caring for people and having a sense of humor!
The first things people usually notice about me
I get lots of comments on my brown eyes. Hopefully people will
notice my sense of humor and my interest in lots of different
things.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I think music is fun - i like to listen to different types of
music. My favorite band is Dave Matthews Band. I enjoy old
rock-n-roll. If we can watch Joe vs. the Volcano and you laugh with
me, life is good. Do you know lines from Raising Arizona?
I devour books... historical fiction is a recent favorite, but I like the classics, crime or mysteries or a funny novel. Recently have been reading business books, but also just finished a "chic" book - "The Art of Keeping Secrets"

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Social issues - I love a good debate about social issues. :-)

going to yoga class, hanging out with friends or taking it easy at

spur of the moment trips that are a car ride away or put up with my
endless planning for "the next big trip!" During the summertime,
trips to see baseball games would be required. I really enjoy going
to the ballpark!
