My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am looking to date, find chemistry and make connections where there are mutual interests/values and sparks...anywhere...not into the traditional paradigm for relationships necessarily...the connection and mutuality are what is important...as well as meeting someone who has a busy, meaningful and active life already...to be clear not looking for shallow, transitory connections or "hooking up"...

Music, comedy and exercise are daily occurrences for me. I swim laps,do performance training, run...helps me to get out of my head which is a necessary thing for me... some of the bands currently in the playlist/close to my heart are The Smiths, The La's, Beck, Rufus Wainwright, New Order, Nirvana, Dead Can Dance, Depeche Mode, Echo and the Bunnymen, Jeff Buckley, White Stripes, Moby, Velvet Underground, Lou Reed, Pavement, Luna, The Beta Band, The Breeders, George Gershwin, Xavier Cugat, Getz/Gilbertos.... and on to infinity...love to be turned on to new music... x

I don't own a TV, but LOVE to watch the The Trews, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy, The Mighty Boosh, good stand up (Aziz Anzari, Russell Brand, etc)...on my laptop... like Parks and Recreation, and older classics like Flight of the Conchords, Arrested Development, Key and Peele, Chapelle Show, Kids in the Hall...as well as documentaries (Exit Through the Gift Shop, Rize, Cowspiracy, etc)..

I also am very concerned about leaving this world better than I found it and pondering/furthering optimum, fair and wise policy for all animals- human and non-human, as well as the planet in general...find myself on a daily basis educating regarding veganism and helping people make changes/transition.

Really into chilling at home, having a drink, etc.. and cooking up delicious food!..enjoy canoeing, beaching it up in the eves/night...and road trips/travelling.

After being in education for almost a decade I earned my RN and work as a Psych Nurse on night shift, but most of my free time on AR and vegan education/outreach...Hope to do some Travel Nursing soon.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Being true to myself, taking in the wonder that is found everywhere, addressing through action, example and sharing/education an end to the current patriarchal model of violence, dominance and consumerism and help usher in one of compassion, coexistence and sustainability.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Advocacy, persuasion, education, humor, my job...being strong and using my core..helping people feel at ease/being kind...being fierce when i need to be...solving problems....the big picture... and being disciplined to move my body intensely each day.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I am smart, fit/strong, sexy, easy to get along with and eccentric..
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Like non-fiction as opposed to fiction in books and movies, hence my affinity for documentaries...mentioned some of the music I like above...music is my companion for sure...as far as food...I've been a vegetarian for 23 years (vegan for the last 4 of that and will be forever) and love food!!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Comedy
Music
Truth
Family/friends (two and four legged)
Sleep
Connecting with other "wild ones"
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Whatever's flowing through my stream of consciousness...music, comedy, effective vegan advocacy...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
usually working...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That when eating alone I almost without fail get food on whatever I'm wearing

Wanna meet a intelligent, exceptionally alive/passionate, laid back, kind person and are not just looking for casual sex/hooking up. Also, if you don't eat animals or are seriously open to veganism/becoming vegan.
