My self-summary
Howdy, y'all! I'm a United States Marine, as you might could tell by the pictures. I swear, I've gotten rid of the BCGs! In just five years, my Marine Corps career has taken me as far afield as Japan, Ukraine, and Isreal to train. I can't tell you what incredible experiences those have been!

Since I'm a reservist, I get to pretend to be a civilian most of the time. Currently I'm "pretending" to be a Pest Control Operator for Pitbull Pest Control. I like it quite a bit more'n I thought I would! I've also been a manager of a Papa John's Pizza; a tour guide/boat pilot in the Grand Canyon; a mall cop; a "night manager" (night security) for an apartment management complex; a cook/cashier/resident-English-speaker at a community college eatery; a barback at a strip club; and a warehouse go-fer for an industrial tire company.

I am ambidextrous, loquacious, and verbose
What I’m doing with my life
I kill bugs! I'm also aiming at eventually being a firefighter when I grow up... someday...
I’m really good at
Nitpicking little details. Remembering obscure little facts. Math. Reading. English. BSing a two-page report out of three sentences of information, and sweating down three pages of bullshit into a paragraph. Oh, and rumor has it I'm a decent kisser to boot.
The first things people usually notice about me
Either my glasses (if I'm coming) or my can (if I'm going).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
A)Robert A Heinlein is my all-time FAVORITE author. Required reading: Starship Troopers, The Moon Is A Harsh Mistress, Stranger In A Strange Land, Red Planet. He has SO many others, but those are the basics! Isaac Asimov's Foundation series and I, Robot. Harry Turtledove's Guns of the South and the series that begins with How Few Remain. Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern series. John Scalzi's Old Man's War and its sequel, The Ghost Brigades. If you think there's anything I missed, just ask! B)Seen some good ones, but I guess my favorite has been Dr Strangelove or How I Learned To Quit Worrying and Love the Bomb. However, I've really enjoyed Pitch Black and the Chronicles of Riddick (Riddick is an AWESOME character), and AVP and Resident Evil: Apocalpyse gave me SERIOUS moto-boners. Or possibly it had something to do with the company I kept at the time... C) Avril Lavigne! Kelly Clarkson, Michelle Branch, Sugar Ray, The Cranberries, Savage Garden, Wierd Al, BNL, 3EB, Ben Folds, The Offspring, Linkin Park, Lifehouse, Eminem, Tenacious D, Evanescence, Audioslave and more! D)Red Meat! Crab legs, bacon cheeseburgers, Hawaiian pizza, lumpia, baklava, beef stroganoff, tacos...
The six things I could never do without
My cell phone (without which I get the shakes), the Internet (without which I get no news), my parents, my dear brothers, firearms of all shapes/sizes/calibers (they are my livelihood, after all), and women in general. Let's face it guys; women are the coolest thing God put on this green Earth, frustrating though they may be, and we are lucky to have them around to complicate things for us!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Bummer! You guys replaced the "Who Would I switch Brains With" question! And I had a good answer, too! Rat bastards... What does every guy spend a lot of time thinking about? Should THIS be a question??
On a typical Friday night I am
Spending time with my family, playing games, or seeing a movie
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm writing this in a pair of polka-dotted blue boxers. Oh, and on 3 July 2004, I UPDATED this... while wearing that same pair of polka-dotted blue boxers. And again, on 12 March 2005, I was updating and wearing those same boxers. Freaky coincidence?? I think not
