My Self-Summary

I graduated from university a couple of years ago and ended up in Korea a few months ago after deciding I have no idea what I want from life. I am trying to learn the language and about the culture. Every day is an adventure.

I have a hard time picturing myself back in the states anytime soon. I plan to continue my travels and hopefully go back for my master's.

I am shy but always have something on my mind.

The Giver and Pride and Prejudice are books I can read countless times. Currently I am trying to get through a couple of Russian novels.

I miss movies! My connection at home sucks, and I do not have cable, so I have not watched a movie for quite a while. However, I fully intend on taking advantage and watching some Korean films while I am living here.

I love all kinds of music and have been into Japanese punk recently. Some of my favorites include: Bon Iver, Wilco, Solid Gold, Eddie Vedder, and Chris Robinson.

I am thoroughly enjoying Korean food.

The six things I could never do without

a good book, fluffy pillows, laughter, my journal, a good bottle of wine, and honesty.
