I am eight legs, two stomachs, and money to burn.

My Self-Summary

I have an appreciation for brutal honesty. I had an early midlife crisis and lost my GF, my job, sold my house, and moved in to a treehouse in WA and worked as a kayak builder's apprentice for room and board. I was there for a year.

I moved down to So. Pasadena and wrote educational games on a website for kids. The work was good, but sitting in an office was starting to drive me crazy after a year and a half.

I took classes at the Wilderness Awareness School in Duvall WA. I learned animal tracking and plant identification. I can start a fire by rubbing sticks together.

I moved back into the treehaus and started a garden. I used to write code now and then to make ends meet...but those bloody cocksniffers won't pay me.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm unemployed and I live in a f'n treehouse!

I think it's worth noting that Diogenes lived in a barrel.

I have a 2 year goal of getting at least 25% of my calories from what I manage to grow, raise, forage, catch, or hunt.

I think rampant consumerism and US hegemony is coming to an end. Hallelujah! Do I believe we are on a precipice of a period of prolonged economic hardship as this shift happens? Yes. Could I be wrong? Yes. Would I like the quality of my life better even if I was wrong and I continued to garden, live in a small house, and consume less? Yes.

Lately I've been finding that digging in dirt is a fairly satisfying activity.

I’m really good at

...consuming...but I've been slipping a little lately.

Not dying...at least so far.

Giving you the most amazing 30 seconds of your life.

System.out.print((char)arr[i]);

The first things people usually notice about me

That I'm peeing on their leg.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Yeah, I like books, movies, music and food.

I don't like tripe and jellyfish...other than that, I'll probably eat it if I don't think it'll give me parasites or a bacterial infection.

I don't read fiction.

The six things I could never do without

Give me a decent knife, warm clothes, a tarp, an empty can, and a sleeping bag, and I could do okay for a month. Add a high power pellet gun or a .22 with 500 rounds of ammo, and I could last WAY longer.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

impending catastrophe and sex...sometimes it's hard to tell the difference.

epistemological fraudulence.

dinner.

how well I would do in a zombie holocaust.

On a typical Friday night I am

Filling out boxes on websites.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I like tying people up and hitting them with a stick. You can see my work at http://s72.photobucket.com/albums/i177/yxewas/

You should message me if

You can tell if I'm joking.

I'm gonna assume you're @#%!ed up in some manner or another. I'm pretty !#$&ed up myself. I suppose the real question is, are we *@#^ed up in a compatible way?
