my name is zach. (short for zachariah, not zachary.) i'm originally from new york, going to school right now in baltimore. i'm a musician, i started playing piano when i was four, and everything has sort of snowballed since then... i have a degree in flute performance and working on a master's right now. i can play lots of instruments though (clarinet, saxophone, oboe, violin...), and i'm vocally trained too. i love pretty much everything related to music. i also love board games, card games; game night can be more fun than a lot of things! i love hanging out with friends and having fun. i love long, meaningful, deep conversations that make me think about things. a day isn't complete unless you've learned something, right?

i have a bachelor's in music performance from the crane school of music in new york. i'm currently a grad student at the peabody conservatory of johns hopkins, getting a master's in performance. i hope to play in an orchestra and be a music professor.
