I'm a twentysomething living in the heart of DC. I'm one of the few native Washingtonians (technically from Maryland) but still have a lot to learn about the city (in exploring museums, restaurants, etc.).

I have a fairly demanding career as a management consultant and part-time musician in an alt rock band but try and make the most of my free time. I'm a well-rounded person of intellectual interests (however true, that sounds pretentious - I really don't take myself too seriously) but like to have a good time: crabs and outdoor concerts in the summer; football and fires in the fall; skiing and bundling up in the winter; and the excitement that spring brings. Is that cliche enough?

I love to travel - not only the destination, but the feeling of adventure. I prefer the mountains over the beach, beer and wine, and good music and company over anything else. I enjoy finding comedy in most of life's details and daily occurrences through the lens of sarcasm.
