My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So I just took the Dewey Color test and it rates me as a "creative" --nonconforming, impulsive, expressive, romantic, intuitive, sensitive and emotional. And I'd have to say, it's quite accurate. I definitely follow my own drummer, which is a little frustrating because my drummer seems to have a lousy sense of direction. However, I long ago realized that I'm happier being wherever it is that I end up rather in some other place I try to get myself because everyone else seems to want to be there. I am highly inventive/creative. Not always great at following through. However, I do have a very grounded practical side which keeps me from following every flitting flight of fancy. My intuition is quite strong -- not just in an esp sense -- but in my ability to appreciate who people are. It can be disarming. Our culture encourages us to create shiny personas. It can be disturbing when someone sees beyond the shell and speaks to who you really are. Or, it just might be nice to be able to put down the shield and be seen and appreciated for your authentic self. I am energetically very sensitive. The other nite, I went to a yoga class where they were playing
tibetan bowls/gongs and it took me two days to recover. The vibrations just knocked me out. I have a very dry wit...but I can also be very silly. Love to dance. (Any kind of dance.) Movies, theater, any kind of live performance. Sign moi up. I've got my own biz, my own house and very little baggage. (Although way too many books & magazines.) I'm at a point where I'm open to change. So...if you're in a creative mood buzz in. Who knows? We can probably come up with something....
