European, bit of a mutt, well cultured, well read, and I would say
I am a very multidimensional person. I am open to just about
anything, short of spending too much time with ignorant people. I
am very even tempered and rational thus I hate to fight and argue
about nonsensical things.I have enough stress in my life as it is,
I don't want my dating/relationship life to add more. If you get
off on drama, please move on :)
I randomly found this site and thought it would be fun to try it out. I am sensible enough to not hold my breath as I think this method of meeting people is a wee bit contrived. Considering that chemistry can only be really established in person it would seem a lot of this is academic.
Having said all that one never knows, I’m quite sure this beats dredging your local bar/club scene - not like I ever tried it to be honest …to meet someone that is - never was my thing. Always thought the whole picking up in clubs thing was too night at the ruxburyish; although I do have to give props to all the girls who ever approached me – you guys seem to do it so much more tastefully :)
So yes I like “real” girls with substance…Yes, yes I’m quite sure all of you who are reading this are in fact quite real (metaphysical philosophy and quantum mechanics aside ;) ) I shall try and explain it without getting into cheesy clichés about being down to earth blah blah.
Interests make you real , hopefully something beyond reality tv, tmz, and your hair and make-up. Opinions make you real; nurtured through humble objectivity and critical thinking. Self-awareness makes you shine to the keen eye – filled with peacefully accepted frailty and proud acknowledgement of strengths. Truth, honesty, and a generous spirit make your reality brilliant.
I cannot rightfully continue this without venturing into the monkey side of my xy chromosome affliction. Yes I said it, physical attraction is important. Whoever thinks otherwise is ……mostly wrong! :) Ok it has a short shelf life, fine…. but it is important! I’m a guy, my psychoevolutionary monkey side responds to certain physical ratio’s on a woman, round oval shapes etc . It is what it is, I’m ok with it.. in fact I kinda think it’s neat.
