My self-summary
I like thinking of myself as an urban farmer, even if i don't do much of the actually planting, besides what's on my rooftop. I invent and design new tools and accessories for the 21st century sustainable farmer and spend a lot of time coming up with ways to plant in very little spaces all year round. I also do a lot of research on system designs for aquaponics, as well as experimenting with different techniques around the world. I'm currently working on the affordable hurricane-resistant, flood-resistant farm...thanks Sandy!

I love American politics and i pay close attention to international politics, just because it gives me a better perspective. International politics helps me understand how silly and dumb our politicians can be.

I also have a thing for live music. Blues. Jazz. Reggae. I was front-man for a reggae band for a number of years. Still jam off and on when my boys are in town, but my heart is in sustainable food production now. Affordable healthy food.
What I’m doing with my life
inventing stuff. Solving problems in the agricultural industry.
