My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.

The following is a long list of random thoughts and facts from which one can rule me out as a possible candidate for romantic entanglements or not, but from which one is unlikely to glean too much about what I'm actually like (i.e. a dating site profile.)

I enjoy filmmaking, making music, and writing. In my spare time I like to watch movies, play video and board games, watch tv, bike, camp, walk near rivers (which is hard here), and talk with friends. I enjoy nature and LA's lack of anything I'd consider all that natural is killing me. I clean the lint trap before AND after each use. I've never had coffee before.

Four words: Cast. Iron. Grill. Pan. I'm a catch.

Big ticket items in no particular order:
-I support gay marriage and gender equality (for all the genders!)
-I don't really care about sports. I do like to snowboard and bike though, as far as sports go. And I love to play Badminton for whatever reason.
-I don't much care for the bar scene.
-I don't drink alcohol, it makes me dizzy, not buzzed, but dizzy.
-I've never smoked a cigarette or weed, smoke makes me sneeze.
-I'm allergic to cats, laundry detergent, fragrances, dust, and dairy (sad trombone.)
-I'd much rather be too cold than too hot.
-I like my family.
-I think sex should be important.
-I like genuine people.
-I think gender is not binary for everyone.

I took the test once and got ENFP, took it a second time got ENFJ. So basically I'm a superhero I guess.

I left my religion as a dash because that seems to sum it up. Basically I think that the universe is a system and, like Neil deGrasse Tyson says science can feel "deeply spiritual."

I also left my income as a dash because 'enough' wasn't an option.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Video editing usually pays the bills, but I prefer writing and directing. I rarely feel more alive than when working on set, or rehearsing with a great group of collaborators. I also run a web show for kids and a comedy news show.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Writing dialogue (I'm told.)

The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I walk with my feet pointing outward (like a duck.)

And my hair or eyes.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends, hugs, fresh air, interconnectedness, making movies, and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, love, making movies.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
At the movies, or hanging out with friends. Or working on something.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have an irrational fear of man-made structures in water, and those weird natural gas drill things that look sort of like ants that bob up and down on La Cienega. Gah!

You are super neat-o!

*Super neat-o generally meaning: interesting, intelligent, genuine, kind, opinionated, independent, strong, confident, friendly, smoke and drug free, and have glimpsed the greater mysteries.

I am very attracted to smart women who know what they want in life and are doing it.

I also like girls who like film. :)
