My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am Groot.

Not clear enough? Well, I'm a friendly yet motivated nerd who likes to think he's pretty clever. I can be a bit of a wallflower but am always up for an adventure.

I enjoy trying new beers at new bars, books, playing games with friends(board, video, bar games, etc.), movies at the Riverview Theater, sports such as tennis, golf or just running, traveling to new places, watching the Vikings and Twins, and so on and so forth.

These are things that I would like to do more of that I either haven't done or don't get many opportunities to do; hiking, camping, kayaking/canoeing.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it?

Besides taking part in the activities above, I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sculpture with a focus in cast metal work from the University of Minnesota and am currently working for the man while going back to school part time for construction management.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Rather than making a list of skills to rival Napoleon Dynamite, a close friend suggested that I try to convey how I am a "very compassionate person." I'm assuming that means I'm a good listener and can empathize with other people.

I can also cook when I feel like it.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Beyond the obvious friends and family and air answers.

1. A book
2. Chocolate
3. Netflix
4. A lake/park to run around.
5. Fresh fruit
6. New restaurants to try
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Life, the Universe, and Everything.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Anything from trying new bars, beer festivals, game nights, and other randomness that sounds fun. I am always down for something new.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You are also looking for a partner in crime to partake in such activities including but in no way limited to tennis matches, rounds of golf, trying new bars/restaurants, seeing new exhibits in museums, playing board games, run the occasional 5K, Netflix Marathons, nights spent at the drive-in, etc.

I am a big believer in memories are made not by what you do but who you do it with.
