I am outrageous, optimistic, and unusual.
My Self-Summary
Well, I enjoy going out and being around a lot of people and being
cooped up at home pretty equally. I like to try new things and I
enjoy the company of people that motivate me to try new things. I
watch a lot of
movies. My favorites being dark comedies,
horror, and anything with a good characters and dialogue. I'm a big
fan of
music.
there's not much I wont listen to. I'm most passionate about indie,
rock,
metal, and
blues. I try to go to a few
shows every month or so.
Live music is one thing that
really makes me feel happiness and appreciate being alive. I guess
I'll add more to this later. I don't really know how to summarize
myself up without more thought.
What I’m doing with my life
Currently I'm working at a local newspaper part time and seeking a
more suitable career.
I’m really good at
Well I'm really into digital art and I am constantly working with
photoshop cs2. I really enjoy anything that lets me create and
convey myself artistically.
The first things people usually notice about me
Physically I would say my eyes, hair, or the way I dress (which
isn't a consistent style of any kind at all). Otherwise, I think
the first thing people usually notice about me is how outgoing and
humorous I can be.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I like reading anything by Dean Koontz and I also really enjoy non
fiction books on many topics. Currently I am reading "the second
oldest profession - spies and spying in the twentieth century".
Which is about the birth and history of all the intelligence
agencies around the world.
For movies, all my favorites are dark and dry humor type movies.
Employee of the month (not the Dane Cook one), Reservoir dogs,
Boondock Saints, The Life Aquatic, The Darjeeling Limited, Eternal
Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State, Requiem for a Dream,
Fight Club, Death to Smoochy, American Splendor, and any thing with
Scarlett Johansson (That woman's a goddess). I love zombie movies
and cheesy horror movies in general. Some really do suck, but most
of the time i love the campy, cheesy, and gory stuff the most. In
fact i have an obsession with zombies, George a Romero, resident
evil, and anything zombie related. I'm also a huge fan of Kevin
Smith and Quentin Tarantino.
I don't watch a lot of TV but I do watch Heroes religiously (the
only show I HAVE to watch) and I watch House whenever it's on
because that's my room mates favorite show. YATTA!
Music. Gosh. That's an extremely hard one for me because I love so
much music and so many different kinds. My mood determines what I
listen to. So it changes a lot. If music is as important to you as
it is me and you want me to name drop some bands just ask.
Food is easy. I'm not picky and food is definitely the key to my
heart. I love a woman that's a good cook! I love to cook as well,
but I think I have a thing or two to learn before I would say I'm a
good cook. I love Italian and Chinese food and I really want to try
some Thai food.
The six things I could never do without
1. my computer
2. my music
3. real friends
4. my family
5. coffee
6. coca cola (I love that stuff)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
People I know, problems I may have, my potential and what I could
be doing with my life, changes I should make, and everything in
between.
On a typical Friday night I am
If not working. I'm probably bowling with my room mate and my
friends or out at one of the nearby bars with some friends.
Watching a band, dancing, playing pool, or what have you.
More recently I've also been known to sit at the local coffee shop
for hours on end talking about the most ridiculous topics.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
well, I just thought of something today and decided to add it
here.
Its nothing super personal or extremely embarrassing. Not that kind
of private. But it is a glimpse into me personally that only a few
close people get to see. My geekdom. At work I stay pretty busy but
I talk the entire time to my friend Ray. On a typical night our
conversation is about "our plan" for the zombie apocalypse, and
then it moves to the topic of "Heroes" which we both watch. We
normally end up arguing over what we think is going to happen or
how something is going to be important later in the series. Shit, I
cant wait for volume 4 to start. Its killing my soul.
BTW if you find yourself in a zombie apocalypse it is best to
travel in small groups. I'd suggest 3-4 people max.
You should message me if
You enjoy meeting someone who is outgoing and you like to laugh. I
don't take most things very seriously, but I do have a very serious
side that I'm not afraid to hide.
