My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl most of the time but I do like getting dressed up too; I'm still a girly girl :). I'm pretty mellow and easygoing but can definitely be a goofball. I love hiking, going to concerts, working out, going to museums, catching a movie, reading, volunteering, playing with my dog, hitting up a brewery, just walking around town, checking out places I haven't been before, meeting new friends.. pretty open :P.

I also love sports! My favorite sport is hockey (Sharks!.. don't talk to me about this season - it's too soon :,(!!), then baseball (Giaaaants!), then football (Niners!). I am hoping to meet someone that can get as amped about games as I do haha :), and go to some!! I'll watch other sports I just don't follow them or know the rules, which makes it hard for me to enjoy them.

I consider myself to be pretty active and reasonably healthy, so I'm really looking for someone that is also that way, or better at it than me, hello motivation :). I also love animals :). I'm looking for someone who knows what they want out of life, has a positive outlook, can be goofy at times, & if I'm really lucky.. likes sports & hiking/camping :).. I don't know if he exists but may as well shoot for the stars :P!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it :)! I am going to be starting a nursing program in the next year so I am finishing up some classes that I need and filling out applications. It will be a big change which is pretty scary but I feel confident that it's the right move for me :). I still try to have as much fun as possible with friends and family - balance, right?

I've really had this motto of "Don't get complacent" - I kind of apply it to everything now :). If there is something you don't like in your life, you can usually change it :). Positive outlook, positive outcome, that's how I roll :P.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Baking, collecting rocks :), getting lost, snuggling :D. I'm a pretty good listener, but I have a really bad memory :(. I like taking care of people!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
No idea.. that I have brown hair? haha
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Favorite books would be Oliver Twist, Treasure Island, A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Wuthering Heights, Atlas Shrugged & Twilight series. I don't have much time for reading anymore :(, but I do like to read "the classics" & books on improving myself :).

As far as shows go, I like Comedy Central, Family Guy, Workaholics, Chelsea Lately, The Office, Scrubs, Friends re-runs :P, Game of Thrones, Grey's Anatomy, HGTV stuff, the Kardashians (guilty pleasure.. I don't know how they keep me hooked!) Mad Men, I like Breaking Bad but have only seen random episodes, 30 Rock, Mythbusters, survival shows, most sports..

Favorite food has to be Mexican!

Some of my favorite bands are Beach House, Fake French, Tom Petty, Slightly Stoopid, Iration, Rebelution, Iron & Wine, Crystal Castles, Atmosphere, Ray LaMontagne, Norah Jones, Of Monsters & Men, Fleetwood Mac.. So hard to give a short list :P. I listen mostly to alternative rock and reggae, but I still have country and pop presets in my car so I like those too :P. I can't do the death metal stuff, it stresses me out haha.

Movies: I love 16 Candles - if you haven't seen this you're missing out :P! The Lord of the Rings movies, Willow (nerd alert!), Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Twilight series, The Blues Brothers, Lost in Translation, Star Wars, The Princess Bride. I'm not a big fan of scary movies, they give me nightmares :/, but I try to watch one on Halloween - gotta do my part!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Animals, music, friends, my family, love & freedom to be me :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future & how to reach my goals, places I want to go, things I want to do.. How to be a better person, how to have a positive impact on the world.

Why so many people choose their stone face picture to be their profile picture. Put on a happy face! :)

How I always manage to put too many dried cranberries on any salad I make..

Food :D..

And a whole lot of random meaningless stuff!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Probably doing homework! or unwinding from the week in one way or another.. But most likely homework.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well, when I was little, I totally had a snail farm haha. To this day I don't like when people step on them or do mean things to them... So please don't be a snail hater!

I also probably eat more dried apricots than anyone you know :D

I love putting smiley faces EVERYWHERE :) :) :D lol I guess that isn't so private

You think we would have fun :). Sometimes my schedule is pretty busy but I think when we meet the right person we find ways to make it work.

Also, if you send a message that only says "hi" or "hi how are you?" I most likely won't respond. Just putting that out there :).
