I'm not really going to fill most of this out since I feel a lot of this stuff would be gone over in a first date or meeting but I'll provide a basic outline of "me".

I'm 25 years old and I moved here to Lexington ky this past July (2012) for a new job. I work as a chemist at the United States Equestrian Federation Drug Testing and Research Program. This basically entails throwing a bunch of chemicals at horse urine and blood and sticking them into an outrageously expensive instrument to determine if there are any illegal or restricted drugs being administered to the horses. This is both to prevent abuse to the animals as well as unfair advantages to individual competitors. My job is definitely more complicated than I described so if you're interested feel free to pick my brain about it.

The other half of my life right now is my dog. He was the first thing I got when arrived in Kentucky since I wanted a companion for this strange new place. Sgt. Pepper (Sarge for short) is a nine-month-old Australian Cattle Dog, blue heeler variety. He's extremely smart, cute, cuddly, loyal, obedient, and he loves me to death. I spend 95% of my time outside of work with him between going to the dog park, training him, the occasional hiking day trip, and lounging at home. He's the most important thing in my life right now and anybody I get involved with needs to be compatible with him.

Book - I'm not much of a reader but I liked the Game of Thrones series, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the Kite Runner, Enders Game. I'm generally into fiction and am open to suggestions on good stuff to read

Movies - I like most movies but. Some of my favorites are Thank You For Smoking, Serenity, Beverly Hills Cop, Warrior, Team America World Police, Space Jam, Indiana Jones, Star Wars, and The Yellow Submarine

Television - I like plenty of TV shows as well but some of my favorites are South Park, Always Sunny, Archer, Dexter, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Louie, Futurama, The League, Boardwalk Empire, and The Walking Dead.

Music - I've been listening to the Beatles since I could hear stuff so they're most definitely at the top of my list. Other than that I'll list to anything except pop country and gangster rap. In terms of current bands my favorites are Umphreys McGee, Muse, Outkast, Yonder Mountain String Band, Talking Heads (they're not current but they're still awesome and relevant), Gorillaz, Radiohead, Minus the Bear, Queen (again), and Modest Mouse.
