I believe the single most significant decision I can make on a day-to-day basis is my choice of attitude. It is more important than my past, my education, my bankroll, my successes or failures, fame or pain, what other people think of me or say about me, my circumstances, or my position. Attitude keeps me going or cripples my progress. It alone fuels my fire or assaults my hope. When my attitudes are right, there is no barrier too high, no valley too deep, no dream too extreme, no challenge too great for me. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.

I am looking for someone who shares the same view, and is looking to experience, enjoy, and appreciate life. There are a lot of wonderful and great things out there, what better way to experience them than with your best friend(s) and a true love!

I am originally from MN. I went to college at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. I currently live in Iowa and I am involved in business (jeez sounds like I am in a relationship or something already lol..). I pride myself on my hard work ethic, unique perspective(s), and getting things done. If you do the things you need to do when you need to do them then SOME DAY you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them. With the right attitude, anyone can become very good at what they do. I am very good at what I do, and some people are intimidated by me.. however I am a pretty laid back guy and chill person, and I really enjoy working hard, as well as playing hard and relaxing when given the chance.

I have high ambitions in life. Having fun, enjoying life, building a career. Looking for that special lady to spend time with and enjoy the wonderful things in life.

Looking and dressing sharp and clean is also something I try to abide by constantly, it feels great and who doesn't like looking nice. But hey everyone needs a day off here or there too, so its not a huge deal breaker. I am looking for class and elegance!

I love basketball and running (I play basketball 3 to 5 times a week) and recently dropped around 30 pounds, down to 180 from 210 of pretty hard muscle. I set my mind to it, knew I could do it, and took that leverage and made it happen. Where there is a will, there is a way.

I enjoy running a lot, though I do not get to do it as often as I would like to. Running is pretty awesome though. I get quite a bit in when playing basketball with my friends throughout the week. I am big into sports, but it is not life dominating, and I enjoy catching games when I have the chance. I also enjoy golf, hanging out with friends, and I absolutely love dancing!

I enjoy talking, debating, and philosophizing, and sharing ideas as well as having fun and joking also. Sharing knowledge, talking, and learning about people is interesting to me. As such, I really enjoy teaching and sharing with others and volunteer the small amount of time I do have to helping tutor and give back to my community. I will often mentor kids in basketball.

Hmmm.. my favorite color is blue (cliche I know, but it must be because my eyes are blue.. hey at least I have a good reason! :P)
