This is actually not that easy. I think I'm a bit of an anomaly. I'm definitely kind of a geek in various ways. But, I'm also very much an athlete. I can pull off the serious guy if I have to. I am pretty comfortable in most situations, casual, formal, etc. My interests are wide ranging. Ultimately I'm pretty happy with myself. Certainly have dreams, goals and desires that have yet to be completed but I am pursuing whole heartedly. Basically this summary is evolving and I keep changing it. Perhaps I'm a bit of a perfectionist as well?

Let's put it this way, I don't really believe in perfection, but I do believe in the pursuit of it. Thus, my "perfect" match would be some one who could hang with the fact that in a relatively short period of time I could find interest in:
- the intricate workings of the TARDIS, digging for new music and old favorites on Spotify, debating the intricacies of Atlas Shrugged, watching some good F1, seeing if I can make the Accio charm work on my TV remote failing that then trying the Force, trying to decide if I'd rather go to the AVN awards or Commicon (just to have the experience at least once for either), heading out to train, sitting down to write, cooking something fresh and challenging or going out for some of the same, wondering if maybe I should just pack everything up and move to Europe (or maybe just go to IKEA)...and so on.

So, yeah, ideally someone like that would be cool.

Chasing my dream, which can pay the bills but can also kick you in the ass at times. Trying to develop my freelance writing and building a business of sorts.

Books: Loved the Harry Potter series, looked forward to each new book. I read everything from fantasy to nearly text books like The Making of the Atomic Bomb. Reading The Song of Ice and Fire at the moment (the series), as well as some Euro History. Also a fan of comics and graphic novels. Basically I'm always reading something.

Movies: I like Kevin Smith, Guy Ritchey (particularly, LSTSB, Snatch, RocknRolla), Star Wars series, Docs like Riding Giants and Lords of Dog Town/Dog Town and Z-Boys, I Like Hugh Grant stuff and rom-coms, I like most all the comic movies X-Men are favorites or Watchmen. Boondock Saints, American Psycho, Last Samurai, etc. etc. I like movies. Definitely like sci-fi and comic based stuff. If you down to hit up comic-con hit me up, I've always wanted to go.

Shows: The Office, Dr. Who, Chef Ramsey stuff, the Star Treks (but I've seen 'em all at this point), Daily Show, The Ultimate Fighter, and train wreck stuff (Real Housewives and the like, its a guilty pleasure), also, Game of Thrones and I know the producer of The Killing and some others so I watch those as well.

Music: Too much for this space. Social D, Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly, Clash, Iron Maiden, Band of Horses, Xx, Death Cab, classic Metal, A-ha, Springsteen, Classic 70's stuff, The Who, Keane, East Coast hip hop like WuTang, J5, Biggie, etc. Some West Coast as well Cube etc. Country, Brooks & Dunn, Garth, Toby Keith. Gotan Project, etc. etc. Most stuff. I could pretty much just keep writing down bands for a few pages.

Food: Sushi is my fav. I do like a good piece of meat though. I like to cook. Love lobster. I'll eat most anything. Its more about the prep and freshness.
