My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I might be like the wind. Drifting here and there. Sometimes trapped. Sometimes lost. I often hang around just enough to be noticed. Driving strong I'll push until the sky turns. Spinning in circles I could break what I don't mean to, but I'm only confused. The wind can seem like it wants to pick up, then it might only float away lazily. Sometimes it's there when you least expect it. Sometimes its away when you really need it here. It can be hot or cold. The wind can be still. The wind can roar, whip, and whistle. The power of the wind is breath. Words are the winds toys. Thought is the wind's domain. The wind isn't always sure, but when it is, you'll know it. I might be like the wind.

I can be a cheesy cornflake (cheesy, corny, flaky).

It's important to me to take the time to say what I mean. I would rather tell you who I think I really am than force you to figure it out for yourself. If you can love me for me, I'd love to love you for you. It's more important to be who we are than it is to show ourselves in attractive masks. It's all beyond skin anyway. You are only what you are inside. Sometimes inside me I'm like a scared little boy. Yet I learn to accept it as part of my character. To fight what we find inside won't do any good. We all have faults, if we didn't have faults we wouldn't have been born here. What I mean to say is: there are no perfect people. The very nature of personhood prohibits the quality of perfection.

I like giant-robots, dragons, and crows/ravens/magpies.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I moved to Sequim over the summer after a brief stint in Los Angeles. I didn't like LA but I needed to spend 6 months there to prove to myself that I don't like LA. I went there in the first place for a music engineering/production apprenticeship. But it's over now, and all my artistic background is in visual-art so there isn't much I'm able to do with the skills I picked up down south.

So now I'm trying to get my life together, searching for a warm and peaceful path to tread as time carries me along. I've been spending a lot of it with my family, especially my brothers, ages 5 and 15. I'm doing what I can to help out around my mom's farm... splitting firewood and stuff like that.

I'm sorry, I don't have a real job yet. I have savings to finish off the 2 years I put into college but I'm not going to waste it on a worthless degree I'm uninterested in. Until I find a focus and motivation, those savings will remain saved. For now I'm fixing up the little house I live in. It was a mold-infested derelict with a chin-high lawn before I painted, floored and mowed the place (with a little help). Still, it has a good way to go before its really "nice".

I want to do more gardening and get off the grid.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I have an unusually good memory. Sometimes its freaky what I can remember. I don't remember everything but I do seem to store a lot of details in my head. Unfortunately I can't seem to remember numbers, I can barely remember my own phone number.

I am a brilliant medieval tactician... although that isn't a skill I can use outside of games. :(
The first things people usually notice about me

The long hair. The prominent jaw. ...Or my kind of shy side, but it's usually interpreted as "politeness".
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Although I like a lot of music, I listen to more electronic dance music than anything else, especially dubstep. My top 3 artists/bands in this life have been Bassnectar, The Prodigy, and Venetian Snares. I listen to the radio because it's random-ish and WA radio is much more interesting than that of most other areas I've lived in. I do not particularly dislike any genre of music.
Gorillaz holds a special place in my heart.

I don't own a TV... But if I watch TV it's usually online, and then it's usually cartoons, and if I'm watching cartoons it's probably anime. My favorites are Ghost in the Shell SAC, Paranoia Agent, and Gundam 00. Recently I've enjoyed Last Exile, Haibane Renmei, Highschool of the Dead, and Kashimashi. I'm currently watching Ergo Proxy and Fruits Basket. (I am not above watching lighthearted, girly anime.) Hate if you will but I prefer dubbed to subbed.

My favorite movie is The Fifth Element with Jurassic Park as a close second. I generally enjoy science-fiction/fantasy films and slice-of-life dramas.

Books I continue to visit: Remember Be Here Now, The Art Of Shen Ku, Tao Te Ching. I'm also a fan of Chuck Palahniuk and Robert Heinlein

I am "vegan" ...whatever that means. I'm not sure any 2 vegans actually have the same diet/lifestyle. I'm vegan because I eat no meat, fish, or dairy. I also don't eat a lot of other weird stuff, like if the package just lists "sugar" as an ingredient, I won't eat it. However, I do eat honey and I wear leather shoes, two things that many would say makes me totally NOT vegan.
I can't really go out to eat... But I can cook so hopefully that makes up for it!
Oh and you? You eat whatever you want. Being "vegan" is a personal choice and you choose whatever works for you. Who am I to tell you how to live your life?

My favorite videogame of all time is Heroes of Might and Magic III. If you know what it is then we really must meet. My second favorite is Mechwarrior 4. If you know anything about the battletech universe: I like you.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Five senses and something to process them with?
Although I could probably lose a lot of that and still do alright...
At least I'd like to think so.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The impractical...
The nature of the universe.
The qualities of "mind".
Dualist vs. Non-dualist perception.
But do I really want to go get food/beer?
My cats.
My family.
Video games.
Magic Cards.
My childhood.
Color, (its amazing).
Sound, and how it does what it does (it's so cool).
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Because I don't like this box's topic I will re-purpose it. Instead of Friday night banter, I will instead explain my (bi)sexuality. If one were to inquire about my sexual ORIENTATION I would have to reply that I am bisexual. Sometimes I'm attracted to males. But if one were to ask about my sexual PREFERENCE I would explain that I much prefer females and am more attracted to women.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I fight three demons:
Depression. Plain old depression. Though I recently got a new doctor that has switched up all my herbal supplements and vitamins effectively diminishing this issue (so far).
Social Anxiety for lack of a better term. Sometimes strange places with strange faces make me unusually uncomfortable. The new doctors changes have alleviated this issue as well, though it is still somewhat prevalent.
Sleep Phase Delay Syndrome, or Insomnia, or being Nocturnal, or whatever you want to call it. Basically if I lived in a cave and never saw the sky my body would either go to bed at dawn and get up at about 3-4pm, or it would continually tumble it's sleep schedule, being awake for 18-20 hours and sleeping for 10-12. This is a curse I have lived with all my life. The only thing I've found that makes any difference in my sleep time is smoking cannabis. When I smoke I can sleep at midnight and get up at around 8:30 with no alarms. I am considering obtaining a medical card for this reason.

That stuff is no fun to talk about on a dating site, but it would be a looming spectre in any relationship where you didn't just know right out.
