My Self-Summary

10/02/07

Today from AIM
lousms: I'm moderately smart, dashingly clever and witty
lousms: classy and attentive
lousms: if you just get past the ogerish looks, I'm one hell of a guy

Oh, also I was told the other day that I have "The most level, dependable, moods." Apparently I'm never in a bad mood... Is that a compliment or an insult?

07/22/07

Another addition/update (mostly driven by getting a higher completion percentage- useless but... whatever)

I'm still working at Uncle Ray's. I still go to EMU. I'm taking business classes now.

I'd like to get out more then I do. I'd like to meet a few new people, just for the fun part of 'getting to know' someone. I'm not really looking for a relationship. I'd just like someone to hang out with. That'd be ideal. Someone to divert my mind from work and all the people and things I know and do now. Does that seem really shallow? And unfair? It kind of does rereading it myself, but I really don't mean it to be. Well, 'it is what it is' I guess. That's been my motto lately. I'm starting to realize that some things about yourself you need to change, (and I'm trying to make lots of positive changes in my life) and others arn't worth changing. I'm able to say 'take it or leave it' to others. If they don't like whatever, then they can make changes in their own lives to avoid it. (and me, if necessary) If I don't like it (about myself) then I'm going to change it. That's what I'm sticking to. Allright, this better get me to 98%!

Family is life to me.

Friends are close behind.

That's about it.

OK, I've revamped this section as of 10/30/06.

I'm your average like 22 year old male. My life is a little dull, I'll admit. I work at Uncle Ray's Potato Chips. I also go to EMU. I'm a little conflicted over what I'm going to do with my life. (see the next section) I live with my grandma, and pretend that I take care of her on occassion even though it's just as much the other way around.

I'm a good combination (I think) of laid back and energetic. I'm a positive person. I am sometimes quite sarcastic. The usuall.

What I’m doing with my life

As noted above, I'm working. I'm also going to night classes at EMU for business, although my real plan is to be a high school science teacher. Unfortunately my working doesn't permit much in the way of education classes (considering most of my science classes that I need are like 10 hours a week). So in the meantime I'm taking business classes. We'll see what's what.

Edit: Actually, I'm kinda hopping back and forth between science and business. I think I'm gonna go back to business but right now I'm taking only science. I'm so complicated, I know!

New Edit: I actually am pretty devoted to business classes now. Go figure.

I’m really good at

I'm really good at things like video games and sleeping. I also am Mr. psychologist. Of course, I have no real training or anything of that sort. I am, however, a good listener and a scary judge of character. Put them together with my over-analytical mind and I get the whole 'are you inside my mind' effect going with my friends.

Apparently I can, on occasion, be humorous, but usually in a weird kind of way.

I'm NOT good at spelling, on the other hand.

The first things people usually notice about me

I'm so friggin' cool.

No, serriously.

Ok, maybe not. But I swear it's true :)

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I don't have much in the way of favorites in anything, except music, at which case Counting Crows is the best band in the world.

I also am in love with LOST. No serriously, I'm crazy. My other shows I watch right now are Pro Wrestling, Jericho, Eureka, 4400, Psyche, and Monk. Yes, I have DVR.

But because OKCupid is giving me a hard time, and I feel compelled to increase my percentages, let's give it a shot.

A.) It's been a while.... uhh... probobly a Stephen King book.
B.) Umm, I'm kinda big on 'Good Will Hunting'. That's a sweet movie.
C.) As mentioned above, Counting Crows
D.) Red Robin, Chinese buffets, Dive-like diners

The six things I could never do without

This is the dumbest question on here, I think. I'll bite and try to give some answers that the site really wants:

Family, Friends, Music, TV, Internet, and.... The persuit of understanding

(as opposed to the obligatory air, water, food, ect. ect.)

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Some deep things, to be sure. Actually, I did invent a scientific theory! (It hasn't really got off the ground yet.)

I also spend more time then I should thinking about work.

I think about the future, what I want, and all the usual things.

On a typical Friday night I am

Working...
I'm surely not clubbin' or some other hip hoppity thing.

After work I'm probobly sitting around or sleeping.

I may be playing wallyball with my friends. Wallyball is like vollyball but with, get this, walls. Wallyball, get it? Good. My friend Justin and I are totally undefeatable. Serriously, we'll rock your face off. Undefeated.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

It's a secret... or something. I don't know. I'm a dorky Star Trek fan? I'm also a wrestling fan, that's pretty dorky too.

But dorky doesn't really mean private. I'm not a very private person. No looming dark secrets.

You should message me if

You're bored.

Oh, check out my Xanga.

Oh, and please have some sort of concept of when to use you're or your and other such things. Typos or mediocre spelling is fine, but please don't be an idiot. (IE: HeY, WhAt'S uP WiT U DoG?)

I know I'm not like Mr. Perfect (not talking about Curt Hennin) and shouldn't criticize but... I just can't help it. If you talk/type like a total idiot, I'm going to assume you are one and I don't really want to talk to total idiots.

But I'm not like evil about it. Just don't go crazy with it!
