I am unpredictable, artistic, and odd.

My Self-Summary

These things are always so much trouble because I never know what to write. Then I end up babbling, like so. Oh well, at least it's predictable. And now I realize I haven't updated this thing in forever. Ugh. Okay.

Let's see... Well, I have an odd sense of humor and I don't mind showing it off. Or letting it run amok, whichever you'd prefer. I always have a book I'm reading, am easily amused by most cartoons/anime, and enthralled by all things Sci-Fi/fantasy, and really like kitties. Yes, kitties.

That's all for now. Move along.

What I’m doing with my life

Right now, not much. I'm working, mostly, trying to save up enough money to be able to do what I want instead of living paycheck to paycheck. Eventually, I might like to go back to college to get my Master's, but we'll see. I'm just sort of living my life right now and seeing where it takes me.

I could quote Bilbo Baggins here, but I won't.

I’m really good at

Have I mentioned I never know what to write on these? This is worse than all those 'list your strengths' questions in interviews. I've been told I'm passable good at cuddling. I can plan a trip through Disneyland that hits all the best rides in one day. That's a talent right there.

The first things people usually notice about me

My height. Seriously a midget with glasses. Also, people tend to notice my smile, although I don't know why. I think it's a rather ordinary smile as smiles go, but in the eye of the beholder and all that, I suppose.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: Gah! Where do I start? Most things SciFi/Fantasy and a bunch of everything else. For a more specific answer: Dark is Rising Sequence, Dune, anything by Garth Nix, Chronicles of Pridain, Lord of the Rings, anything by Tom Clancy, anything by Michael A. Stackpole, and the list goes on...

Movies: Again, almost anything SciFi/Fantasy with an added sprinkle of action, comedy, and girly flicks when I'm in the mood for them. Most recently the top of the list includes Forbidden Kingdom.

Music: I especially love K-pop right now, specifically DBSK, but I'll listen to almost anything once except country or rap. Almost anything else goes. In my CD case right now: Miyavi, DBSK, 3 Doors Down, and some random instrumentals.

Food: Pizza. Yum. (This answer is not at all influenced by the fact that I am eating a pizza as I rewrite this list.)

The six things I could never do without

Six...okay, here goes.

1) My best friend. I wouldn't BE alive without her, and she means a lot to me.

2) My comp & internet. Okay, technically two things, but in my mind, they're inseparable. Considering the BFF (see: item #1) is in Japan right now, the internet is essential.

3) Food. Duh.

4) At least one stuffed animal. They're amazingly comforting. I've always had a lot of them, ever since I was a kid.

5) A good book. What can I say, I love reading.

6) Music. Rhythm of life, don't you know.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

A lot of things. Usually random things. Sometimes important things, but I try not to do that too often.

On a typical Friday night I am

Typical? What is this 'typical' you speak of? Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of spending a lot of time out going to bars or things, so most of my Friday nights are usually spent in with friends or playing Rockband. I knew those years of playing drums in band would count for something eventually.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I am completely and utterly terrified of spiders. ugh. I suppose that's not a very personal thing, per se, but I'm a rather personal person, so take what you can get.

You should message me if

I don't know...if you think I'm interesting? If you're interested in off-the-wall conversations and long walks through the cemetery, then I'm probably a pretty good bet.
