I am a geek, a dweller of the imagination: I love fantasy and sci-fi, be it in movies, series, games, books, etc.. That includes anime and manga. I'm an avid gamer, I like both single-player story-based games, and multiplayer/competitive games (the ones where you can pwn). I say "LOL" in RL :). I'm not super-obsessed with a particular fandom, like some geeks are, but maybe it's just because there isn't one I really, really like - I'm very picky. To a less extent, I also enjoy intellectual challenges, in particular computer and programming stuff, my field of work.
Despite my geekness, I love several physical activities, like martial arts, Yoga, dancing/clubbing, combat simulations like paintball or airsoft, and few more occasional ones like simply going to the beach or snowboarding. Basicly I like activities which are physically (and hopefully also mentally) challenging, fun, and intense. It sucks though, that I have a spine problem, which severely limits a lot of what I could do, especially in the more physically demanding stuff like yoga and MA.
I try to live a healthy lifestyle, and like to be of sound mind and body, so I avoid alcohol, smoking, drugs, and I'm mostly vegetarian. (Unfortunately, I also never have truly restful sleep because I have mild narcolepsy.)
I'm ambitious and hardworking, but also hedonistic and laid-back. On one moment I could be pumping really hard at the gym, and on another I could be sitting at the couch playing games and eating chocolate... lots of chocolate.. I love most fluffy and cutesy things, lol (cats FTW!).
Oh, and how could I not mention, I am deeply attracted to female beauty and sensuality. Sex is prevalent in my mind. Because of that, I try to improve and take care of my body, aesthetics wise (still plenty to be done on that area!). So kudos to all the Shaktis out there.
I have a friendly, humorous, and casual personality, and like nice people, people who don't get upset by things that are really not that important. I'm rational and open-minded, and seek a certain spiritual and personal development. I deeply value honesty and being open about yourself, beyond a point that most people find comfortable.
I would love to expand my consciousness if that would ever be possible.
I have a blog at http://daiphoenix.livejournal.com, providing a further glimpse into my mind and activities.
