I am intense, fierce, and ecclectic.
My Self-Summary
I'm a very
spiritual woman. I'm always studying
and researching, the
history of civilization along side the
evolution of religion. I love discussions on
Life, the
Universe and Everything.
Intensely independent, fierce about life, I hold myself to a higher
calling and surround myself with like-minded people. I organize
underground art events in Denver as my life's happiness.
I am not Christian, I follow a very nature-based path. It's a mix
of
Druidism,
Warrior and
Celtic-Shamanism - in the end
though I consider myself to be a
Paradoxical
Nonconformist. However, being raised as a preacher's daughter
within the Southern Baptist Convention - I am educated on
Christianity and Judaism, their histories, their evolutions, their
corruptions; it's one of my favorite topics within a debate.
I'm not a celebrity hound at all, I must warn you though, I am a
huge fan of the
Crash Test Dummies. I think
Brad
Roberts is a genius. This is one of the few superfluous things
in my life I will not compromise on. I listen to these guys
everyday.
What I’m doing with my life
Traveling
anywhere and everywhere. Fostering with a few friends a new
movement of self-awareness, growth and
revolution of the psyche within the
communities in Denver, CO. Research, research, research...vision
quests, teaching
meditation, challenging myself and
others to clean house and nurture new healthier growth of the self.
I'm currently part of a loose artist collective in Denver and
gettng ready for our next event Leaping Man!
I’m really good at
Making people feel welcome, loved and nutured. I adore cooking and
entertaining, volunteering within my community. The
performing arts
is my forte in life. I'm getting better at sketching and
painting. I'm a
dancer and a
DJ, I'm new at djing
psytrance, but getting
better all the time. I'm beginning to learn
welding and take up
metal sculpting. Basically,
I'm pretty damned good at anything I put my mind to - unless it has
to do with mundania aka the corporate world or maths. God, I wish I
could get mathematics, it'd make my life at least a bit easier.
The first things people usually notice about me
Characteristically: that I'm sweet, kind and generous.
Physically: My face, hair and bust...I'm a curvy gal with long red
dreads, big brown eyes, blue dots for eyebrows and a redheads
complexion. Though I'm told that I can be pretty intimidating when
I'm uncomfortable.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Sigh, I have done this too many times already and it would take too
long.
My favorite author died in 2005 year: Jack L Chalker, you are
missed my friend.
I'd have to say, Across the Universe is my newest favorite
movie.
Music? Crash Test Dummies, psytrance, classic rock (like Fleetwood
Mac, Bowie, Don Henley, Jimi, Janis, Jim Morrison, Moody Blues,
Pink Floyd...etc.)Ambient, Talking Heads, Ween, Captured By
Robots...the list goes on and on and on...I can't even think of it
all.
Food: american puddings, custards, flan, tiramisu, sloppy burritos,
primerib, pork! *bacon, bacon, bacon!* mmmmmmm...I'm hungry now.
The six things I could never do without
Books
People
Self-Expression
Tools (with which do do crafts and paint, I'd go crazy without
something creative to do.)
Music
Dancing
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the Universe and Everything. The mysteries of the universe,
quantum
physics vs
metaphysics, the expansion of the
mind within the evolution of the species. Our history, what we are
still repeating and what we've seemed to get over. What makes
people tick and react the way they do.

On a typical Friday night I am
Typical? what's that? I'm way too busy doing, the Universe knows
what, to have a typical night - any night.
There are crazy all-night parties,
mountain snowcamping, craft
nights, movie nights, stay home and read nights, go out and do art,
go to gatherings, counseling folks to help with healing and
meditation. Building big art projects, organizing events,
Burning Man, throwing
underground parties, learning how to dj better - it's a neverending
quest that one, learning new ways to express what's in my head on a
daily basis.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
If you ask, I'll answer honestly. I'm quite blunt at times, though
I try to be tactful and not be mean about anything if I can help
it. I don't care what it is, I don't hide anything I do. Now, if it
is an offensive question - my answer will be "That was an offensive
question. Would you like to try again or give up now?"
You should message me if
You are fierce, honest and brave. I have friends of all types,
colors, shapes and sizes. My closest friends and those I date are
intelligent, strong willed, independent, creative and proactive
towards participating in life. If you think this is you, go for it.
Oh and I'm terrible at small talk, throw me a topic for a good
discussion and you'll have me hooked.
By the way, I Hate being cybered or asked to "hook up" - keep your
horndog, undisciplined propositions away from my IM. Period. If you
can't think of anything more interesting to say than "I want you,
let's hook up" don't waste my time or yours. If you don't think you
can handle an all night shamanic ceremony of endurance with me,
don't have what it takes to realize your dreams or even say, want
to find out who I am truly first - look somewhere else. (not that
you would have to do an endurance ceremony, but it's nice to think
you'd be willing to try it.
