I also go to BurningMan every year. It's held each year in the desert of North Nevada, near Gerlach, and they call the place Black Rock City. Almost 50000 people now having fun (it was about 20,000 when I first went). Lots of art, music, costumes, chatting, camping, sharing, gifting, and riding a bicycle!

The six things I could never do without
Never is such a strong word, I can do without many things I like,
but technically I cannot do without eating, drinking, breathing,
keeping warm but not too hot. I probably could do without shelter,
but they also tell us that we can't.
What I would miss if I went away, is my eyesight, the Internet and email, music, conversation, human contact, finally, openness and honesty. Could you imagine if absolutely everyone was dishonest!?!

On a typical Friday night I am
At home, I don't end up going out that much, as most people want to
go to noisy places (eg clubs, bars, etc), but I like conversation and a
noisy place is no good to have a good chat. Similarly I have
noticed when people have a party, it is common that the music is
cranked up, which means conversation is difficult.
