My Self-Summary

Well, first off my name is Jesse. I graduated from WWU nearly a year ago, then traveled to Australia and now I am back in Bellingham because it turns out I love it here. Sense of humor is important to me. I joke around a lot, try to make people laugh, and I like to surround myself with people who make me laugh. I can be real boyish, but I know when to be serious too. I guess I don't know exactly what I am looking for, mostly just fun people to be around and see what happens. I keep my life simple, I don't need a lot of drama.

What I’m doing with my life

Right now I am living pretty much day-to-day. I don't think too much about the future which allows me to enjoy every day to the fullest. I work a few days a week, and go out a few days a week and spend all my money. My new year's resolution was to try 100 new beers and I am currently at 85. I guess in short I am having fun with my life!

I’m really good at

I am really good at trivia? Not really a marketable skill, but I love trivia stuff. I also am good at board games, haha. People tell me I am funny, so I guess I am good at making people laugh.

The first things people usually notice about me

I guess how northern European looking I am. I am a borderline "ranga". I suppose people notice my masculine physique bursting with muscle mass. :) But seriously you would have to ask them.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: I like a good historical non-fiction. I just read the Audacity of Hope which was good. Kurt Vonnegut is my favorite author.

Movies: Something that makes you think, or something with lots of explosions. Seldom the two meet. I love Adult Swim shows, Venture Bros, Aqua Teen, Harvey Birdman. Also love MST3K, Mighty Boosh and trivia shows.

Music: Blues, Rock, Synth pop, Indy.

Food: MEXICAN! And kababs are good too. And Thai. And Indian. And pancakes.

The six things I could never do without

A sense of humor, a good nights sleep once in a while, the great outdoors, the great indoors, intellectual companionship, spell check.
