I'm just a guy who's tired of going everywhere by myself. I guess I missed out on a lot of opportunities for socializing when I was younger, and never got the normal dating routine down. I just did my best to be a good kid, but when the only thing to do in a small town is to go out drinking or something, I apparently fell out of the loop that would have helped me figure things out.

I'm not a hugely competitive guy. I did well in classes without much effort, so I didn't need to push too hard to do well. I don't want to take over the world, it sounds like too much work. But I would like to be known for having my place in it -- I hope I can someday contribute something that people remember.

I've been waiting a long time to finally meet a woman who can lift me up when I'm stumbling, yet who needs my support as well. I would like a friend and partner who is smart and attractive, but also compassionate enough to be patient with me as I learn the ropes since I haven't followed the same path that most guys have taken. I hope you'll find it rewarding.

I do software testing for a computer security company.

In my spare time, when it's not completely freezing in the middle of winter or pouring rain in the summer, I do some photography here and there. I'm not exactly an "artsy" photographer, but I hope I still manage to get some good shots. You can check me out on Flickr under the same name.
